UPDATE 2025-11-30: Chipotle responded to my review, asking me to fill out a form on their website. I got a quick response from them, asking me to provide a copy of my receipt. Which I did the same day. I haven’t heard back from them and it’s been a week. Very disappointed!

Honestly, I was very disappointed with the experience at this Chipotle.
The music was pretty loud, it was very difficult to hear the people behind the counter. It made it nearly impossible to sit inside and have a conversation with anyone. We decided to eat outside.
Outside, there weren’t enough chairs – there were for tables and a total of three chairs. Thankfully the staff let us take a chair from inside outside. Next, the tables were filthy dirty. Yes, it’s November and they probably don’t have a lot of people eating outside. But at least wipe down the tables once a day. I had to go inside, wet a few napkins, and wipe the table down myself. The napkins were literally black when I was wiping the table.
Another problem was the lack forks! Hard to eat a Carne Asada Bowl with a spoon. At least let people know you don’t have forks so they can make an informed decision when ordering.
About the only positive was the good was tasty. It could have been warmer. Come to think of it, maybe it cooled down when I was cleaning the table. Regardless, it was good.
With the number of Chipotles in the area, and the number of other places to eat, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

my second time here which i should have learned the 1st time. and everyone working here was just singing a long with the loud music, couldn’t even hear when I was placing my order.
This is the second time they asked me if i was really going to wait for the peppers and I said yes,
Also when my husband ordered for a steak bowl they told us 25 mins for that. When the food should be consistently coming in freshly. I don’t think anyone at this location should even be working there, they seem to think there position is a joke. I hope find a better crew to hire.

Worst chipotle in the triangle. Came in as soon as they opened. Cashier was playing music from his phone for everyone to hear. Cutting up in the back and my rice was hard and crunchy. They can’t even make rice in a rice cooker.

I understand that if you want more than one scoop of protein, it’ll cost extra, but bro wasn’t even giving me one scoop of protein in the first place. when I pointed it out to him, he insisted it would be extra and tried to move me along in the line. I just walked out. I remember when chipotle used to be beautiful.

I ordered online but luckily I dined in. Corn was not completely thawed out, rice was undercooked, chicken quesadillas was full of cheese and barely had any chicken. I politely showed staff my quesadillas had very little chicken. Maybe a large spoon full. Staff did replace my quesadillas; however, when I informed them of the undercooked rice and unthawed corn they told me the corn was not frozen. I asked if I could get rice and corn from the main line and they said it was prepared in the same batch. Staff insisted the corn was thawed out and gave me a few pieces to try and I confirmed again it was not completely thawed. A staff member also tried it and painfully admitted it was still frozen. None of the staff apologized for the bad quality of food and handled me rudely. Terrible food and terrible customer service. I will not be back to this Chipotle.

UPDATE: Service terrible, portions so small that is unbelievable per CHIPOTLE VP portions will be better across ALL restaurants NOT so for this one and on top of very small portions so much that the bowl has empty areas! customer service is terrible also music volume is so high that you’re unable to eat here! and
Service was good, food was really good. This location also follows diet restrictions per request. Once you notify them you have diet restrictions they’ll wash hands throughly and put on new gloves and that person will serve the whole order. I gave “atmosphere” 2 stars because the sitting area wasn’t clean and they only had 1 of the two bathrooms working…

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to so far. This was my friend’s first time eating there and told him, “most Chipotle’s are not like this.” Only 2 tables were clean, the trashcans were literally overflowing, the drink machines were not working (nothing good was going to come out those spouts! ♀️) The staff looked like they had given up on life as well. I left quickly!

So I have been here twice in two weeks. Both times entire restaurant was not cleaned all tables were dirty trash full. Food is good not the problem. Floor is sticky leftover spills never cleaned left there. I have pictures to prove it which will be posted. Not to mention wile I was there a certain employee both times I was here was rude and had a terrible attitude. Refused to do things when I asked and today yelled at an employee and a customer right in front of me and kept same tone with me after. She is unacceptable as an employee completely unprofessional.
