Chipotle corporate – how come you didn’t offer me the opportunity to tip them when I paid with a card? Your competitors offer this. It might be seen as short-sighted to believe that shaving a few seconds off of the time people spend in line would lead to more profit than retaining decent employees by contributing to a good work experience would.

Very disappointed with our visit to this Chipotle. The food area looked unclean, the staff ignored me when i first walked in, and when i asked questions about menu pricing i was met with attitude instead of help. I was also refused a discount that had been honored recently, and the way the employees spoke to me felt very unprofessional. On the way out, staff were laughing and talking about me within earshot. This was not the level of service I expect, and I hope management addresses it. The manager, Adara, was rude and dismissive during a simple order and even rolled her eyes while we were speaking to her.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. The manager, Adara, was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. We were ignored when we first walked in, the food counter looked messy, and when I asked for fresh beans I was told no with attitude. The beans looked like they had been sitting out and dried up for hours. They also argued with us about pricing, and refused a discount we had just used days before. Employees were laughing and talking about my daughter and I while we were still there, but making our way to the exit. Extremely unprofessional, I will not be coming back.

I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle. The manager, Adara, was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at us while we were just trying to ask questions about our order. The staff ignored us for several minutes, the counters were messy, and when I asked about fresh beans, I was shut down with no explanation. They also refused to honor a discount we had been given before and argued with us about it. Overall, the service was unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back.

The workers i encountered today were very rude, I asked them to substitute an item that I had rewards for Another item that cost the exact same price down to the scent ( because I’m allergic to the reward they give you for your birthday so I asked for queso instead which they have done for me at two other locations for my son and for me) , the lady working over the grill rolled her eyes at me said no, and then the people told me that they couldn’t do anything about it, which I understand cool but the attitude unnecessary. The whole vibe was off every time I come to this location there’s somebody rude not to mention. Why are we working over the grill with a full face of makeup on And rubbing our face ?

Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly, but my 3-point chicken bowl was very light? is this the correct portion size chipotle? if so, you have lost a loyal customer. Edit: decided to do some science; According to your website, a 3 point chicken bowl should have 180 kcal of chicken and 210 kcal of rice. Quick math here: 180 kcal ÷ 165 kcal/100 g × 100 g = ~109 grams chicken. 210 kcal ÷ 130 kcal/100 g × 100 g = ~162 g rice. I work in a food safety lab. I measured my bowl to contain 54 grams chicken and 128 grams rice. What gives?! My bowl was missing 33% of the expected portion.
I don’t want a freebie or a refund- just do better please. Thank you.

This location is an absolute infuriating nightmare. All the employees seem to hate each other and hate their lives working there. They are rude, passive aggressive and completely careless. I paid for a large soda and all the syrups were out. We waited to min and none of them did anything. After asking again if someone was going to change them they yelled at us “WE OUT” what a waste of money! Every single person in that entire store should be fired and they should shut it down and start over.

Went in greeted the workers and got a blank stare and a demanding “ what did you want “ than I tell the cashier that his coworkers attitude was absolutely disgusting and he says oh OK. I respond with oh so all of you just have a attitude today and he just laughs in my face and throws the bag on the counter. Not really sure what’s going on with the staff, but it seems to be all of them acting like this. I’m not sure why we’re still giving people jobs and paying them to sit here and treat people like crap

The steak in the burrito bowl was mostly fat and not chewable. The chips are still stale and soft. The guacamole is completely brown because of being exposed to air for too long (see pic). There are more employees than customers on a Friday night. Too bad we can’t dine inside, otherwise I’d request a refund.
Definitely don’t come here during the pandemic. Only one lady who is preparing the food and moving slower than a snail, one guy who is standing and glued to his phone, another lady who’s just sitting and who knows what world she’s in, and the cook who’s doing his own thing. $12 for a bowl and it’s enough food to only feed a toddler, and not to mention the stale chips! If Chipotle wants to stay open during this pandemic, they need to step their game up. Pathetic.

Thanks to the employees of this location, Chipotle is now profitable.
Ordered a bowl with beef. First of all, they were slow. Then, this guy put the tiniest amount of beef that i had to ask for more. Another staff responded with “anything more than this, i would have to charge you double”. So i got a double.
I guess what the CEO said about just asking for more is not true. Also, cant even give me a normal amount anymore? Plus the to-go bag always leaks and makes a mess when i take it out.
