The food I got is about half the quantity I got from other Chipotles. Next time I’d rather drive few minutes more to other places. To the lady who served, you are not putting your paycheck into the bowls, you are putting customers’ loyalties in.

Not the Best Chipotle Experience
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it consistently falls short. The food is often overcooked, with the chicken frequently burnt. The grill cook seems to be doing his best, but the quality just isn’t there. They officially close at 11 PM, but good luck getting fresh food past 9—they start shutting things down early.
The front line is usually messy and unorganized, and the young staff seems more focused on joking around than keeping things running smoothly. Trash piles up near the back door, and employees are often eating instead of tending to customers.
Basic essentials like napkins and forks are rarely stocked, which makes the whole experience frustrating. Overall, this location could use better management and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a well-run Chipotle, this probably isn’t the best choice.

I dont recommend this location for delivery or pickup orders. If you are ordering thru UberEats i advise you to change the restaurant location. TRUST ME! Even with pictures, receipts and screenshots the store will not give you food they missed on your order and u will actually have to reorder and pay a second time just to get the food u ordered THE FIRST TIME. Staff and management have no interest or intention of correcting the orders. Which explains why this location has a 2.8 online review. If u want Chipotle and u live near this location you have to go in and make your order. But i wouldnt even do that as the store is often unclean with smaller than normal servings just like the reviews state. Ive found the smaller servings to be specifically for pickup and delivery. Typing this review as I eat. This location need a complete employee overhaul. When I walked in, the place was an absolute MESS. Every table had food crumbs and actual TRASH leftover from previous customers. I sat down at the ONE “clean” table to eat my food, and the tables were STILL not cleaned by the time I was finished. One employee noticed the issue, walked around the store, complained, and distracted the employees that were actually working trying to serve customers. Absolute crap show.

I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak, extra cheese and extra sour cream on line. Only to get home to find that it was no where close to that amount of food. Also my wife ordered a veggie bowl and that had steak in it with the wrong name on the container. So we had to drive back 15 mins to get this corrected. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened and the manager acted like she could care less. I’m adding before bowl and the bowl after they corrected it.

If I give this place 0 stars I would . They are SOO stingy with the food . I was still hungry after I had my bowl . I also spent close to $15.00 on one bowl. That was a lot compared to how much food I received. 0/10 recommend. Won’t be back.

This chipotle regularly runs out of ingredients and doesn’t bother posting a note on the door stating that they are out of something. Or at least tell you before you start ordering that they are out of something. They make half your order before informing you that they are out of something. Management, please just post a note on your front door. Every other chipotle I have been to has a note on the front door if they are out of something. It is a very simple solution that will avoid throwing away an entire half made meal.

I’ve been here a lot. I go back and forth between this location in Wendell and the location in Smithfield and the difference is night and day it’s the employees the lady making the bowls is horrible and rude. And the portions we received are ridiculous. When we visit the Smithfield location we never finish our bowls, but every time we come here our bowls are never filled to the top. Just ridiculous. HOW ARE YOU THIS HATEFUL TO not even give me lettuce. It’s lettuce not chicken or steak.
UPDATE. I went to the Smithfield location for lunch today. The first pictures are yesterday. The second picture is today, the plate is fuller, heavier, and well portioned. Smithfield is just the better location to go to. In my opinion.

I went during the BoGO sale, the day before thanksgiving. It was packed. And the service was seamless! The line moved really quick. The team worked great. They were clearly busy and working hard and efficiently!

I’ve been to different chipotle’s in almost every state. This location is in the top 5 worst ones I’ve been to. Chipotle is my favorite place to eat and I get it probably 2-4 times a week. 90% of the time I get this location it’s awful. Today I was charged extra for a side of corn and sour cream. The portions were absolutely terrible and they had to re make my burrito because of it. Chicken was burnt and overcooked, and most importantly the 2 people who made my burrito act like they’ve never made one before and they act like the portions are coming out of their paycheck. I consistently have issues with this location and I will not be coming back . The new one in flowers is way better
