Never do an online order! All I received was chicken and cheese. When calling to correct this issue I was taken to a corporate number. The helped after escalating the call. I’m still basically left with no dinner and this location doesn’t take responsibility for anything.

Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location—won’t be returning.
This was my second time trying this location, and unfortunately, it confirmed my initial experience. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting. My wife and I weren’t acknowledged—just a flat “Can I help you?” No real engagement or effort.
The portion sizes were disappointing—barely worth what we paid.
When it came time to check out, we stood at the register while eight employees aimlessly wandered around, whispering, laughing, and doing everything except helping customers. I timed it—five minutes passed before someone finally told another employee to ring us up.
The person who cashed us out was holding a tub of sour cream, wearing gloves, and didn’t say a word to us throughout the transaction. I had to ask for our cups because we were just stared at after paying.
The dining area was no better. All the tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and the drink station hadn’t been restocked.
I wanted to give this place a fair second chance. Safe to say there won’t be a third

Several problems. First I paid $25 for a quesidilla and drink. Absurd pricing. Second, I wanted a quesidilla but it was on their “digital” menu. Even though I was standing at the counter, I had to stand there, download the app and place my order through the app. RIDICULOUS.
The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s not their fault there are stupid corporate policies.
I’ll go to outback steakhouse or a sit down mexican restaurant before I ever go back here. Better food, table service for less.

The staff at Chipotle is beyond amazing. Every single employee is kind and welcomes you in. We are super excited about a Chitpole being right down the road from us. This Chitpole will definitely be our go-to for yummy delicious food. My daughter got to be the very first customer at the grand opening. The way managers and staff all welcomed her in was a wonderful memory I’ll never forget. We can’t wait to go back for another delicious chicken bowl.

I came in at 3pm on a Saturday. No line. Good portions and they were actively cleaning the dining room. Don’t come 10 minutes before closing if you want big portions.

Ive been hesitant to visit this location based off the reviews, but its closer and my husband was on the way home from work and it was on the way so thought we’d give it a shot. The drive thru was really convenient for him, and made pick up really fast. In other reviews I saw that they were really skimping on the filling of the bowls and burritos, but we literally had the opposite experience. Our bowls were packed to the brim and the burritos were too! Every topping was correct and it was an overall good experience. Im glad we gave it a chance, hoping this wasn’t a fluke. We will be back to try again!

I’m giving them 2 stars because the employees were nice, but the food was not that great. The chicken did not have any flavor and the rest of the food really didn’t have any taste. The guacamole was more like an avocado cut in halves, but even the guacamole didn’t have flavor to it. The portions that they give you were okay too, but it’s mostly was beans which is just a filler food. I’ll try it another day and maybe it will be better.
