was kindly greeted by staff upon walking in the doors and they made our order super quick and gave good portions.
we got a burrito, bowl, and a coke. this location provided consistency on what chipotle should taste like. it definitely craved my craving. the man who helped my wrapped my burrito perfectly. i almost didn’t want to eat it cause it was that perfect!
the lobby had a few dirty tables but we did manage to find a clean one. would come again to this location.

I was so happy when this placed opened but it’s never been great and it’s gotten way more expensive and went downhill. It used to be clean but now every time I go in it’s trashed and I’ve seen truck stop bathrooms that were cleaner. Tables look like they had a preschool class roll in food on top of them. Trashcans are so full they might have a raccoon den nested inside of the mountain of filth.
A huge word of advice…DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE ON THE APP!! The portion sizes will not be what you ordered. If you order double protein, you’re not gonna get it. If you order 1/2 a portion of rice…you’re getting extra. If you want extra fajitas or veggies…forget about it, barely any. Order a salad…they won’t even put lettuce on it. If you don’t go in and order in person you will be screwed and you’ll pay for something to be made poorly or incorrectly.
As far as the food goes, it’s actually pretty good. The steak is medium rare most of the time. Chicken has just the right amount of char. The veggies have really good color. The rice and beans have great flavor. Chips on the other hand are hit or miss. You might get stale chips, or you might get some where they dumped an entire bottle of salt inside the bag, or your chips might be wet. Order large chips…you might get 10 chips or 40, who knows? It’s like playing roulette with the chips.

Beware of online ordering. I spent 17 dollars on a double meat burrito bowl. There was no double meat, incomplete (notice no corn), and the bowl was SPARCE.

I enjoy coming to Chipotle but the only thing that I do not like is after the food has sat for sometime you have to tell the staff to stir the food in containers. I am one to order the chicken bowl with brown/ or sometimes white rice, black beans, chicken/ and/ or carnitas, peppers, that spicy red sauce, pico de gallo, corn, lettuce, and sour cream.
The staff is pretty nice and the atmosphere can be really busy depending on what time you arrive here.

I’m pretty much a regular client, and I think this store is fantastic, but I feel like the staff has to show a bit more consideration for those customers who request vegetarian meals, as I once found chicken chunks in my vegetarian bowl. Being a vegetarian, I had to throw away the meal, which made me feel awful. Just direct them and let them know to be careful when preparing food for vegetarians. Additionally, tell your cleaning crew to maintain the restaurant tidy.

this chipotle could be so much better. today was the final straw for me, i ordered a quesadilla with double rice and got a heaping serving of beans instead! and they got the quesadilla wrong too. probably would get more orders correct if the staff was focused on accuracy instead of gossiping! the surrounding chipotles are better, don’t waste your time or money here.

portions are horrific. The ratio between the rice & meat in my burrito was 99:1. Out of every 99 bites, i got a single piece of meat. The burrito was the width of my fist. Damn thing had more girth than Ron Jeremy. I ended up having to split the burrito open, and pick out the meat just so I could obtain the slightest bit of a balanced meal. I would have had better luck ordering JUST meat on the burrito. It would have been a centimeter in size, but at least I wouldn’t have had grown 17 grey hairs due to the amount of time it took to sift through all the rice.

In some cases, the pandemic made some things better. The attention to detail on take-out orders definitely improved as more orders became take-out orders. I’ve seen the accuracy of orders at Chipotle be better than nearly every other place anywhere near this one. I appreciate the attention they take to getting the orders right. That makes a big difference to me. I know when I place an order here, I’m going to get what I ordered.

Portion size was lackluster especially the extra tomato and extra lettuce which was nearly non existent. No smiles or hellos when I came in to pick up my food and I was the only customer. Food was incredibly salty and didn’t have much flavor beyond the bite of the salt. Very dissatisfied.
