This is the last time I come to Chipotle, and I highly recommend you purchase food at ANY other location.
On multiple occasions, they’ve gotten my order completely wrong; but I get a craving for a salad bowl, forget how terrible they are, and come back. Every time I order food here, I leave knowing I wasted $30 and STILL have to go home and make food for myself.
Not only did I receive an order that was completely different from what was written on the receipt, but there was a pool of water at the bottom of the bowls, and the rice was barely cooked. Completely inedible. You really expect to keep customers with the food quality this low? In this economy???? HA!
I got take out and the bag was dripping from the start. It makes me really sad cus I love chipotle but I think more attention needs to be paid in the preparation.
Since this location reopened after the flooding, the staff have shown little effort or care in providing a quality product. My most recent visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The food was poorly prepared, the attitude from management was dismissive, and to make matters worse, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward.
I reached out to Chipotle’s customer service, and all I received was a generic “sorry” email and said it was reported to the location. It’s clear that this location doesn’t value its customers or their well-being.
I opted to dine in, I had my selection trackers. I did notice the tables could use some cleaning. I was able to manage, but they could use some attention. The floor wasn’t visibly dirty with napkins or food, that was a good thing. I also took a trip to the restroom and found it was clean, another plus.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the visit, if in the area I would return and recommend.
