I’ve been here a couple of times, but tonight’s experience was different. The girl up front seemed like she was having a rough day, idk, but it affected the whole vibe. I understand that ppl have bad days, but it shouldn’t show in customer service. I felt rushed, there was attitude, & my food was put together really sloppily, which honestly made me lose my appetite. I drove in from another city for this, so it was disappointing when things went left.
I’m saying this in the calmest way possible: if you don’t enjoy working with/around ppl, please stop choosing customer service jobs. It’s not fair to you, & it’s definitely not fair to the ppl you’re serving. It makes a huge difference when someone actually wants to be there.

Upper level management, you NEED to checkout this location. I have been in different locations throughout the US and this one is the WORST, by FAR! The food here is DISGUSTING. It taste old and the meat taste like it is raw and smells bad. Let alone the service. Servers here treat you like they are giving you the food for free and always mess up your day. I am not the type of guy who leaves negative reviews and I came to this location a second time to give it a chance hoping the first negative experience was by accident but NO. The second time had even worse experience. Will never come back to this location even if they start giving food for free. Absolutely disgusting. They runied the whole chipotle taste.

You need to start paying more your people so they can care about their jobs. The actitud of the people seems like you have being making their life miserable to the point we’re if you reported them and they get fired they still better than with your job .
Your greatness and ambition for more profit is making your product suck even worts . I was on the pick up line about an hour and had to leave my food there cause no one would even take a call. Never coming back

Food was bad, the majority of the food did not look appealing at all. The black beans were dry, the brisket was burnt to a crisp not good at all. This is the newest one opened in the area and quality should be at the forefront especially when representing a large chain. The attitudes of the associates were pleasant, they just need to be properly trained on food preparation and presentation. Definitely not worth the $16.81 I spent. I’ll give it a couple weeks before I return.

Food was awful. I got a bowl from there recently with chicken and steak and EVERY single piece was inedible. Literally nothing but fat and gristle pieces. This is my first time at Chipotle in 4 years and I don’t plan on going back.

I am honestly very surprised by the 2.9 Rating at this location, because this is one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve been to. The customer service was great, and that’s almost everything to me. Then came the food, which was fresh and delicious! My family of four loved every bite and had a great experience!

Always check your receipt if you come to this location.This was my first time coming to this location, but I’m gonna give it one star because apparently Anahi Thinks that it is OK to charge random customers for items that they never ordered or received. Even though it’s only $.50 I feel like it is tacky and sketchy to do this and you lack integrity. Be sure to always check your receipt here if you don’t want to be charged for an imaginary side tortilla.

We now have a Chipotlane location on Gate City Blvd! I was surprised to see it so I pulled in and placed a quick mobile order. My experience was great and the food was delicious as usual.
