I put in an online order for pickup at this location on a random Wednesday evening. I ordered a burrito bowl. I was going to go with steak but the app showed that they had carne asada with the description that said, “Our most tender steak.” I was sold for the extra $2.
I was given meat that was tougher than a leather shoe. This meat was black… tasted like it was 6 hours old and impossible to chew. I paid $18 for this burrito bowl and was given overcooked dehydrated beef jerky. It was awful.
There was also a tomato stem in my burrito bowl. Extra fiber I guess. I think I’ll just make it at home next time.

WWait for the chicken to cook; after getting home and eating, the CHICKEN WAS BURNT. I attempted to enjoy it, but charred chicken doesn’t taste good. I’m not sure what it is, but none of the employees ever have good attitudes. I was there one time when a manager was assisting up front and she had the best attitude ever. Everyone else’s attitudes suck. I think regardless of where you work in customer service, if you are client facing there ought to be a clause in the hiring process that speaks to the expectation of showing kindness.

My bowel was perfect. so full of so much food, and was delicious. I typically go to the one in winston because it is closer, but i was in Kernersville and decided to stop by. Idk it was just perfect not much else to say about the food, my chips were a little stale but edible.

All I’m going to say is….I will not be back to this Chipotle restaurant in kernersville. The employee who made my bowl was super unfriendly. Then every time I come they are out of something. I want the chipotle honey chicken bowl and they were out. I asked for a cup for a drink and there was no ice. The machine was broken. Then the dining area was filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floor was disgusting. I’m done chipotle. I’m firing you.

Took my lunch break, waited in a long line. Was told they were out of chicken and it would be a wait (longer time than I had). Was given the option for steak so I asked them to match price and they would not. Walked out with alot of other irritated and inconvenienced people behind me.

This employee is in a mood every single time I come in. She skimps on the portion size of everything. She also needs to learn how to wrap a burrito. It was horrible and she just put it in the foil and wrapped it up. You would think they would use another tortilla to wrap it properly. This store needs all new employees. I spoke to multiple customers inside the store and they agreed that this chipotle is “rough”

This place is awful if you’re getting food delivered from door dash or placed an order online to pickup! The staff has consistently shorted us on toppings and this is the last time. I’m done with Chipotle!

Tried this place a number of times. 80% of those times, there has always been an issue with quality of the food. Either rice not cooked fully, or over cooked. Lots of times the meat has included more fat than actual meat.
