Came in on 2-14-26 @ 8:30ish. We are from out of town and it was myself, my son and his three friends. We had just came from a track meet. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Out of rice, out of forks, the guacamole was brown, the beans looked as if they haven’t been stirred in hours, meat was dry, the chips were stale, the place was a disaster, etc. My son went next door to get forks from Jersey Mikes. The employees acted bothered we even came in and it took them a good five minutes before one of them even came up see what we wanted. Didn’t notice the names of the guys, but we mainly dealt with the heavy guy with a beard. He huffed and deep sighed the whole time we were ordering. Was fussing out loud about random stuff and just slopping the food into the bowls. Wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped, but we just assumed a Chipotle should be reliable…our local one is always good. A bad sign that I should have noticed is that we were the only 5 people there on a Saturday night.

The service was pretty disappointing. I walked in and stood at the counter with no one in line for a solid 8 minutes. When I was acknowledged, it was one employee asking another if they were going to help me. Wow great job Chipotle, this location can’t seem to get it together. I’ve tried several times to give this one a try but I won’t be back. Yes the location is nice but the inside was filled with trash and the tables were dirty. I ordered 3 quesadillas online and they were tiny! My 2 year old could eat them and still be hungry afterwards. The beans were so dry and disgusting. When I opened my order in the store and advised the employee, she told me it was the way it was wrapped. I had a teaspoon of meat in each quesadilla. Don’t waste your time.

This place is gross, just gross. Not a single clean table in the restaurant. Trash cans overflowing. Food all over the floor. Glass looks like it has never been cleaned. Dust all over the sneeze guard. Food bar covered in slop. 3 employees standing around and not one of them attempting to clean anything. This place is food poisoning waiting to happen.

10-12-2025 Lunch time. There were no grilled peppers/onions and other thing seemed to be missing. He did not say how long the wait would be, only that they were out. When asked, he said five minutes. He talked to the cook and the cook washed dishes and went to the back room. 20 minutes passed, when I asked how much longer he said any minute, but that is when the cook started to cut the peppers/onions. I simply left, dumfounded.

This chipotle is the worst store I ever walked into. Food was dry, no flavor. Their area was messy and crusty , it was slow and they had no food to serve. This needs new management or needs to be shut down.

Chipotle is severely overrated, the food is nasty and the service bad and they never seem to manage to get my order right. I went around 10pm and the employees there were slow and seemed annoyed they also messed up my order. I asked for a quesadilla with steak a side of guacamole and queso and I got a tortilla with melted cheese. This has happened before and I will not be returning!!!

Disgusting! Meat dry, so I asked for half half so I could get a bit of fresh chicken, wanted to charge me double meat, needs management approval to get it through, 40 minutes to get a burrito bowl in an empty restaurant. Staffed smelling like marijuana… tables dirty, bench dirty, floor dirty, kitchen dirty… wow! Amazed…

I have been to this location several times. Each visit has been met with great customer service, good food, and a clean restaurant. The food has been readily available and they have not skimped on my protein in my bowls. It’s wonderful to have the Chipotle near my home and it stays open everyday until 11pm.
