With a rise in prices, Chipotle is not the affordable healthy Mexican burrito place it once was. Costs more, smaller portions, lackluster staff that still do not give you enough. Nice inside, but that doesn’t make up for staff or company policy and prices. If the staff was more willing to make the burritos to please the customer, rather than the company, it would be an improvement, but still not make up for rise in price. Without a cheaper menu option, or any other sort of incentive, it just seems to not be what it once was. Update the menu for more affordable and sizing options and I may feel differently. Sad because this was once a favorite place of mine, back when 2 could eat for under 20.

I just went to this location to pick up some lunch. I got 2 burrito bowls w/ the same exact thing (half steak/half chicken, rice, beans, corn, & guacamole). Since there was a kid testing the temperature of the food I just waited by the register. I get home thinking my meal was complete & they charged me for everything yet only gave me 1 bowl w/ everything & 1 bowl w/ a little bit of steak, rice, & beans. I called the number for the location & it send you to an automated hotline & then to a person who just takes the complaint. I live 20 minutes from the place & this is what I get after spending $30 on this meal.

Look closely at the pics and see the long black hair in the food. Appetite totally gone!!! Instead of taking care of issue over phone, wanted me to go back to restaurant with food to show them. Limited time at lunch and not going to take my lunch time to go back. Strike this off our lunch stop.

I have never been to Chipotle, and it tastes nasty. No taste ,food dry ,etc … please do better. The guacamole turned brown before I could get home. I thought by you guys being new that this is good. I can’t eat here anymore now. I know why the parking lot was empty at lunchtime

I love Chipotle but the way they try to skimp you on protein is horrible. I always pay for double protein and they shake half the meat off the spoon and give you maybe 2-6 pieces and get mad when you ask for more. Give me what I’m paying for!

My partner and I regularly come to this chipotle because it’s 10 minutes away from our apartment and we love chipotle, but this location continues to disappoint us time and time again. It almost never has steak, and when it does the steak is often tough and stringy. When they say they’re making more steak, and it’ll be 20 minutes, that 20 minutes turns into over 40 without fail every single time. Not only this, but they’re incredibly rude about it when asked if they have the meat or how long it will be until they do. Their pickup orders are never on time, they regularly have stale tortillas, and all around it’s just not a good experience or worth the money. The number of free entrees I’ve gotten from corporate chipotle because of this location is, actually, ridiculous. We keep hoping it’ll be better, but honestly today might have been the last straw.

Sorry for the 2 rating but I ordered food same day im putting this review my family did a online order we came and got a bag with 1 bowl in it came back in and a girl on the line giving us attitude and just disrespectful gestures as our order of 5 items we only previously got 1 we came back in and got 3 more of our 5 items and left again we came back in for the last item and the same food line girl giving sassy looks and attitude because our order was yet again wrong and we had to stand in line 3 times for our full order. Again not all the staff there was rude but 2 -3 employees where being unnecessarily sassy and disrespectful towards us for orders that they messed up while handing out .

I was at this Chipotle with my nephew and brother-in-law after taking a hike. They were very disorganized and took a long time to even acknowledge us after waiting in the long line it was finally our turn. Their service was not good as we ordered our food. Slow. Disorganized. Hard to understand them. They didn’t communicate well. My nephew beckoned me outside, a young child, due to the winding roads he threw up outside. We went back inside. My brother was still waiting to pay. We had to go back outside because he needed to throw up again. Not because he was sick, but because the roads got to him. A manager came out who was very cold and rude. She said if he’s going to do that he needs to that in the bathroom. Otherwise she would have to send one of the employees to clean it up. I said okay and looked up but she was already back to the door. I thought that was so rude to my poor nephew. Isn’t it their job to clean the bathrooms and outside their store anyways? Does that mean if he had puked in the bathroom they wouldn’t have cleaned it? We went back inside and my brother was still waiting to pay. The tables were not clean to eat on. Bad service and negative atmosphere. Food was just okay. There’s plenty of Chipotles around, I don’t recommend going to this one. My family and I decided we’re not coming back to this one. Bad experience overall.

It was gross… the amount of flies flying around the open containers of food made me change my mind about eating there! There was a fly dying on the counter behind the glass right in front of the uncovered food! I felt like there were probably some flies in the food as well! My son, however, took his chances and ate from there anyway! I will NEVER go back to this location!
