Smelled good and looked good, didn’t eat here. I couldn’t take it, there were flies everywhere, landing in the food, on the glass sneeze guard, just all over. Sorry couldn’t do it, lost my appetite. And only 1 person working the food line and had 1 person ordering for 4-5 others, all other employees were milling around and no one else helping. That time standing there watching flies lansing everywhere did me in.

2 stars because it did smell good in there, all I can give it.

I ordered online. i doubled on the chicken. and my other items were extra rice. extra corn. extra lettuce. extra of almost everything. and got extra Nothing. i’m sorry but if i’m paying more for these double items i expect to have the double items.
the bowl was so small. it looked like i got light everything besides the sour cream.

i like placing my order on the mobil app so it can be ready when i get there. i also Received no fork… Mind you this is prolly the 5th order that hasn’t been right. and i’ve just not said anything. but it gets to a point where there’s no way every visit isn’t correct. so guess i’ll have to travel to a new chipotle.

FOUND GLASS IN MY BURRITO. Immediately tried to call the store and online wanted me to chat with an online bot which would not respond to my messages. After waiting on hold I finally reached a real person and not a robot. Told them about the situation and they transferred me to customer service, then customer service transfered me to “the feedback team” who then transferred me to the corporate, after finally getting ahold of corporate after being on the phone forever the girl at corporate took my name and email and she told me “someone from their special team trained to handle situations like this would get ahold of me by email” never told me how long it should be till I got an email and I asked if she could at least call up to the store and tell them there was glass in the food so they could switch everything out ans she told me no the special team takes care of that. I was very upset at that. Well it’s the next day and rhe “special team” that was supposed to reach out to me about the glass never did and they continued to serve food to ppl I’m assuming the rest of the day that potentially had glass in it. I live 45 mins from this chipotle and have a newborn or else I would have went back up there myself. Chipotle handled this very poorly and I hope no one got hurt because of their negligence. I’m just lucky I didn’t swallow the glass.

Don’t use the app. The workers won’t read it and then you won’t get the right food. Reporting it in the app gets you a free drink though! Been a long time since I’ve seen a a chipotle with more 5 star than 1 star reviews and this one continues the tradition. Amazing what happens when you pay your employees as little as possible to pad the pockets of the executives.

This by far is the worst chipotle in Winston Salem. We showed up, stood in line. We realize that they were out of certain items. Thinking that we could at least double up on some of the rice and the beans and what was left of the sides that you could put on to your bowl. we still got charge for the full amount of food and we really got half the amount. really ridiculous that they don’t close until 11 PM and they had absolutely no toppings for the bowls you might as well shut the damn restaurant down. needless to say, I will not return to this place. staff was very rude and inconsiderate to all customers in line.

I usually order online for pick-up. I cannot understand how I pay over $20 for a bowl and the bowl is mostly empty. This company is so sting with the amount of food served (which is less than when you go inside to order), which is also low at that point. For the price that they charge, that bowl should be packed! The amount of chips is also very low.
Haven’t ordered food from here in about 6 months now and I probably won’t come back anytime soon either.

I had a very good experience with their catering for my daughter’s birthday party. The chef who made our order had everything hot and ready at the time we designated online. He even helped bring the order to my car when I came in to pick it up. Best of all, the food was excellent! I commend this location for a job well done. (Regular operations didn’t miss a beat either!) Kudos to this team. Thank you.

Delilah, the supposed store manager, got a bad attitude. She overcharged me for Guac that’s supposed to be included with the kids GUAC quesadilla. When I tried to get the issue fixed she claimed “that’s how I was trained”. Poor CS skills.

The workers are always mean and never listen. The place always has trash everywhere! Unclean, unsanitary, and under managed. Food is overpriced and low quality. Portion amounts are all over the place. It’s a waste of time, money, and space.

This restaurant can never keep the advertised ingredients on the line to serve customers, nor can they keep drinks and paper products available. We waited in line tonight for 15+ minutes, and when when placing order we were told they only had chicken & white rice, unless we wanted to wait 20-30 for them to cook other meats and brown rice. There seemed to be plenty of staff there; dirty dishes were piling up and no food was being prepped.
