I came to chipotle after class and I ordered two bowls.
– high protein-high fiber bowl.
– chicken bowl with quac and queso.
I was surprised to see I didn’t receive any black beans; without any substitute. I understand businesses run out of items, they should let their customers know in the future. I’m more upset I used my “free entree” rewards on the app and when I complained about my order. I received two free drinks, wasn’t an even trade off. Very disappointing.

The entire restaurant was dirty.
There wasn’t a single table that was clean.
All the outside tables were dirty with food all over the ground. Both trash cans were completely overfilled with trash and on the floor. The soda station was unkept with many sodas out of syrup.
Out of multiple ingredients and didn’t mention it until after waiting fifteen minutes in a line that only had 7 or 8 people ahead when we arrived.
Staff unfriendly and not attentative.
I was given a dirty rag out of a sanitizer bucket to wipe down my own table.
Whoever is managing this store should be ashamed for all its shortcomings and need to staff better and train correctly.
I don’t even give out 1 star reviews.
But this was deserving.
Wish I had left or never came in the first place.
All this coming from someone with 15 years experience in quick service and full service restaurants.
Management here should be ashamed.

I recently dined in at this Chipotle location, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. They added very little chicken to my bowl, barely a handful of small pieces that barely covered the rice and beans. For the price, it’s unacceptable; the portions felt intentionally skimped on, and it’s not the generous servings Chipotle used to be known for.
For dine-in, there were no spoons available at the counter or self-serve area. I had to ask multiple times, and even then it was a hassle. There were also no trays provided, forcing everyone to carry their bowls and drinks directly to the table, which felt cheap and inconvenient.
The restaurant itself was very dirty. The floor has that raw/industrial design, but it was covered in grime, food debris, and spills that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The utensils area was particularly dirty. It made the whole place feel unhygienic and unappealing.
Overall, between the tiny portions, lack of basic dine-in amenities, and the general dirtiness, I won’t be returning. Chipotle needs to step up on consistency, cleanliness, and value.

10:10 and they say “no more burritos” only because they were already cleaning… 50 minutes before they close.
Two girls asked for some tortillas, the worker just took it out of the bag and foil it. WITHOUT HEATING IT, I’m sure that tortilla is going to be hard and disgusting.

The saddest little scoop of chicken I’ve ever seen. It’s sad that there’s no consistency from one location to another. This one will definitely skimp you out of the protein. Barberitos isn’t far away and never has this issue.

How is Chipotle still in business??? I placed an online order tonight and was so disappointed with the food! You really have to watch the workers make your food and ask for more! The portions get smaller and smaller each time! $22 down the drain. The portions were small, especially in my bowl! I’ve been to this Chipotle several times, and it’s consistently disappointing. The restaurant is dirty, dust and fingerprints all over the glass covering the food, overflowing trash cans, and no napkins stocked. Even the parking lot had trash scattered around.
When ordering, they were out of chicken and said it would be another 10–15 minutes before it was ready. No grilled onions, peppers, or lemonade were available either. On top of that, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there.
I’m a big fan of Chipotle in general, but this location has let me down time and again. I’d rather drive farther to another Chipotle. Hopefully this review helps bring some changes here

I pre-ordered my food on the app and it says it was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. I arrived at 7:50pm and it wasnt even started. I didnt get my food until 7:55pm. What is the point of pre-ordering if the people in line get there food quicker. No one asked what my name was for the order until a couple of minutes before 7:55pm. It was just poor service. Rather go to another location.

I have eaten chipotle all over for years, I can’t figure out what is going on at this location. It seems to be a complete disappointment Everytime I try to give it another chance. This will most likely be my last and hate to leave a bad review however it is earned after consistently poor service, lack of cleanliness, poor portions and food quality as well! This last time, I ordered delivery and am three minutes away. After paying $18 and getting my bowl. I ordered beans and double chicken. This photo is what I got and to top it off it was cold as well! Very small portion and horrible quality for $18.

Very skimpy on the portions, they ran out of grilled vegetables gave us a small 4 oz portion. We choose not to get rice and beans for personal reason. The front Staff did not seem happy to have a job. No napkins and I was afraid to ask anyone in the front.
