When I went through the line, the sour cream bucket was out. My friend (who ordered after me) came back with sour cream. So, I figured they had some in the back. I went up and asked for some sour cream on the side. I was answered with a blank stare and the short blonde lady wearing glasses doing the mobile orders popped in and said “No we don’t have any.” I told her my friend got some and I saw a bowl of it sitting behind her. She got angry and said forcefully, “No we don’t have any.” So I decided to test that. I put in a mobile order for one singular taco with a side of sour cream. Guess what was in my bag… It’s not the fact that they’re out of sour cream or we’re saving it for the to-go orders, it’s the fact this woman was rude about it and told me to my face they didn’t have any sour cream anywhere.

This location is so bad I refused to ever go back. Their workers are so rude and their portion sizes are the helping size i would give to a child in a height chair. Don’t even bother asking for extra helpings because the attitude you will receive for 3 extra grains of rice is wild.They are also always out of vinaigrette and if they do have it, they charge you full price for 3 drops. My only positive experience was when Juan Diego was working. He needs a raise.

Placed an order for delivery when it arrived I opened up my burrito bowl just to see that there was no rice or steak in the bowl only lettuce, gauc, cheese, and sour cream. It’s ridiculous in my opinion and on top of that the steak is an up charge so I spent $18 on a bowl that wasn’t even made correctly.

We ordered burrito bowls and they were overloaded with sour cream. An excessive amount to where it isn’t even edible. I’m not sure if it was out of anger for ordering later (ordered at 9:50 and they close at 11:00) or simply to be a joke. But this is ridiculous and I want my money back.

I do love this chipotle as it’s on campus and my favorite place but every time I’ve gone, the rice is not fully cooked. I always get the brown rice and sometimes it’ll be slightly hard or just not fully where it should be.

The food was fine. The girl with purple hair at the counter was very unwelcoming and made it seem as if she was bothered the whole transaction. Saying “have a nice day” doesn’t justify your snarky attitude. This chipotle was out of 2 major toppings.

Came in with 5 minutes before closing and all 4 employees moaned and groaned as soon as I entered. None of them went to serve me and I quite literally had to ask to be served only for them to tell me they were out of everything while I could see the table. This was the night shift on 1/27 2026

Whoever was working the counter monday night febuary 19 was extremely rude . I came in late but she was so rude when taking my order and gave me half a scoop of chicken( i literally got 4 pieces of chicken) and threw my change back into my hand and it flew onto the counter. I rarley eat at chipotle but that was the only place open late but i’ll never come back to this one for that reason . There is no reason for anyone to act like that towards a customer idc what kind of day you’re having .
