My wife loves this place for fresh ingredients and fresh vegetables. The tacos and burritos are very good. Ohhh don’t forget the queso and chips very good especially the white cheese. Gotta get that if you come. Always ready to take care of their customers and if you ask nicely they will do it.

We ordered ahead to pick up our food, and they forgot multiple items from my toddler daughter’s order. This is after a long day hiking and being out and about. Her meal was missing chicken, missing her milk and her side of chips. We opened it up to only find beans, rice and a tortilla by itself. I never leave reviews, but I felt obligated as they missed nearly half of her order we paid full price for.

I had a mix-up with my order where I accidentally added queso onto my taco instead of getting it on the side with my chips. When I asked the staff if I could just get the queso on the side — especially since I only ordered the chips because of the queso — they said they couldn’t do it. I even asked if they could return it, and they said no.
So instead of offering a simple side of queso, it turned into this whole issue.
What’s wild is that I went into the app, reported the problem through Pepper (the AI), and it fixed everything in seconds. Literally less than a minute later, the credit was in my account and I was able to reorder properly.
If the AI is empowered to solve customer issues instantly, but the real humans can’t make simple adjustments, that’s a problem. Chipotle — empower your team the same way your AI is empowered. It would make the whole experience so much smoother

Good food but nasty dining area tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. And one of the staff was super rude because I grabbed napkins from beside the counter instead of fountain bar. Also 3 of their 6 trash cans were overflowing. Girls bathroom wasn’t too bad but there were no signs indicating where they were.

The guy seeing was rude, impersonable, and obviously unable to try and fix issues.. it was before 9 pm, and I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos he mumbled no tacos.. i let that slide even though you literally sell, like what 10 things that basically take the same ingredients, just sizing of a tortilla…. then we started he asked if I wanted black or the other beans. I said black, and he said no black beans.. so he likes to drop the spoon as if I wasted his time.. then I asked for Barbados. He grabbed tongs and got 1 very small pinch of meat and moved on.. this the smallest burrito I have ever ordered from Chipotle… I may never go back again what a waste of money. Now when I got to the register the young lady was very friendly and provided good service.

The food here is Ok. I unfortunately was not as impressed as I thought I would be from other reviews. They just don’t have the variety of toppings that I’m used to at this kind of restaurant. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I told them it was my first time there either. My burrito bowl was fine but not really good or great. I can get better selection, food, and service for the same price at other local and close options.

Never been more disappointed. Bowl was smaller than a kids meal literally got like 3 pieces of chicken. A 4 year old can eat this whole bowl and still be starving after.

I really enjoy Chipotle. The lady who made my steak bowl, made it exactly the way I asked and I’m picky. I was there on a Tuesday around 1:15/1:30 so not a busy time. My only complaint is that there were a lot of workers standing around and not at any point did I see them wiping off tables or common areas when some really needed to be wiped off.
