My husband and I went here around 1 for lunch. The place was not packed at all. There were about three tables occupied. Every single empty table was a gross mess. Their line was the nastiest line I’ve seen at a chipotle. They weren’t even actively filling orders. As if it was busy from to-go stuff. Nope. The staff was openly arguing with each other. Which is extremely unprofessional. The people working the line were extremely cranky and unpleasant. We decided to eat in and pick a less dirty table. They proceeded to do nothing. The workers weren’t cooking, cleaning, prepping, cleaning the prep line, cleaning the dining room. Nothing. They all disappeared. The management here is absolutely terrible probably should be fired. This place needs desparate help. I love Chipotle. This is literally, in all the states I’ve lived, the dirtiest and most poorly managed one I’ve ever been to. They need a strict management or a more driven team. Something needs to change because the food here is sub par and the restaurant is a mess.

1-30-2025…. Today the restaurant was clean, the taste was still not what it used to be, but it’s the best it’s been.
The cashier chick had a little problem ringing things up, but she had a great attitude, so I gave her a break. Plus she actually rolled a good burrito and treated me like a person by engaging in a little bit of conversation.
So right now I’m happy. Please keep it up because I NEED “Mexican?” fast food.

Let me start this off by saying i am a person that never writes reviews. Chipotle has always been my favorite fast food traveling for work. Until i had food from this weirton building. The staff do not care about what they serve the customers. Every single time i have ordered from here it has been a disaster. I now hate chipotle because of them. Here is pictures of a brisket bowl i bought recently. The brisket was so hard it hurt my teeth. Harder than beef jerky, as if it had sat there for hours. This is just one of many occasions with this establishment of them serving nasty food. They should all be fired for even letting this happen!

Me and boyfriend went here after filing taxes. My drink was so disgusting when I got home. I felt like they tried to poison us. It tastes like toilet water. Something was just awful about the food. Do not go here I’m pretty sure I’m sick and I have a newborn that I’m breast-feeding.

How is this still open? The app indicated that the food was ready, yet when I arrived at the Chipotle drive-thru, I had to wait an additional ten minutes. The portion we received was very small; the cheese quesadilla had only a little cheese, and the staff was unfriendly during our conversation. I had to go inside the store for napkins and forks, but there were no napkins available, and the counter was messy and disorganized.

First time ordering from this store. I was super excited to use the drive thru pick up option so I don’t have to get the baby out and back into the car. Food was done on time. I ordered a burrito bowl and let me tell you, it was awful. I ordered half chicken and half steak, with pinto beans, corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa and fajita veggies.
There was no chicken, no fajita veggies, a few pieces of steak, a couple of beans, and a bowl full of corn and tomatoes. The steak was very tough and you could tell it was old. Too expensive for poor quality food 🙁
