The nice blonde guy working had good customer service and was kind. I could tell he was a hard worker. Anyways, all the ingredients here have always been fresh and everything cooked very well. They actually give good portions too. I go out of my way to visit this location because it is much better than the one on wards.

After waiting for 15 minutes I found out they didn’t have steak. So I got chicken, which seemed like I got shorted on, as they scraped the last of the chicken. I asked for fajitas- nope, no fajita. As long as they have cheese I told myself- trying to keep a positive attitude. No joy. No more cheese I was told. Insult to injury as I paid for my meal to see the drive thru line get a heeping handful of cheese. Lesson learned. Maybe the staff, knowing they are out of items shoukd have the curiously to tell people waiting for 15 minutes that they are out of some items?

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place needs to be shut down or new management put in place. I placed a mobile order and arrived at my pick up time. I waited in the drive thru lane….STUCK because you can’t get out once you’re in it. I waited for 45 mins before I got up to the window. Once I got up to the window I was told they were out of the meat that I ordered. By this point I’m furious and wanted a refund, which they couldn’t do. So I told them I didn’t care what meat they gave me just whatever was available and would get me out of the darn drive thru. After that they closed the window and I sat there ANOTHER 15 mins waiting for food. Once I got my food home I noticed they had given me NO meat at all with my order. I’m done with this location for good and I hope it gets shut down completely. Incompetent workers!

I have had multiple great experiences at this Chipotle; there’s usually not much of a wait, and when there is, it’s definitely worth it! One of the workers there, named Gabe, is super friendly and helpful (not to mention handsome).He makes the best steak if you’re ever there, and if you see a taller guy with curly hair, that’s him. If he’s on the grill, I would definitely recommend getting the steak, and if it’s out, I’d say it’s worth the wait to get it fresh.Five stars and a great hire with Gabe!

I’ve been here 2 times, first time I stood in line for about 30 minutes with no one in front of before they made my food. They then made me wait 5 minutes to be checked out by someone else didn’t have any food ready and it was only 7pm. Today we went in at 11 and they only had half the food ready. Chicken was burnt and the soda machine obviously isn’t cleaned everyday we were the first people to use it and it was dirty from the night before worst of all there is black mold in the ice dispenser. Like come on, the manager needs to be fired honestly.

Absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order before my 12 hour shift to save time and provide comfort. But instead I received a complex situation and even horrible food. I spent $28 dollars and not a penny was given back nor any reparations. Chicken was burnt, none of the toppings I ordered were added onto my bowl and the queso was lumpy, gritty and old, chips were bathed in salt that could burn your tongue upon tasting. And not to mention I was given the wrong drink. When I called to address the issue I was basically told to call everyone but them. Horrible customer service and the food is even worse.

This used to be the best chipotle in the city hands down the best as far a presentation cleanliness and food demand. Was disappointed my last visit being this the only one that has veggies and I had my kids I was considering dinning in. I didn’t, tables and chairs looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Some people who were dining in was cleaning the area they wanted to sit.. cleanliness is horrible

For the second time this week, my bowl has hard, not fully cooked rice. Ruins the whole meal. I’ve asked Pepper, the customer service bot for help, how to get a refund or meal replacement and she says management will reach out to make it right but no trace of that. And now, for the second time this week, my meal is ruined because this location lacks the quality assurance to check to see if the rice is fully cooked. Very disappointing.
Edit to add that management or anyone with Chipotle never reached out to make it right. Chatting with the help bot Pepper was pointless.

There is no option to call the store. I placed a pickup order with the incorrect time and called the store to change it, but it was impossible for me to be connected with an associate. Thankfully team members were understanding of the system that makes no sense and helped remake my order quickly.
