Just like the other reviews say.. I hope you like crunchy rice, hard pieces of something, and bay leaves in your food.. but I feel bad for the people working there. They were trying their best to get everything made and out. They really should have two people on the grill and two people on the front counter at all times. One person can’t keep up when it’s busy on two lines. It’s impossible. And one person on the front line shouldn’t be running to drive thru to grab anything

This was my first time ever eating at a Chipotle, and it will be my last. My girlfriend gave me a $20 gift card there, so we thought we would try it out.
She got a chicken burrito, and I got a steak burrito. Her burrito had fat in the meat, and my steak burrito had fat, and hard meat, or gristle. The person fixing mine put seven tiny pieces of steak on my burrito.Guacamole was an extra charge alone with the queso sauce. The total price for this slop was almost $34.
We ate the food inside, and it was nasty. The tables had not been cleaned, the floor was dirty, and the doors were dirty. The ice machine was nasty, and no sweet tea was out. I would give this place a minus 10, but there is no review for that.

Been coming here often since the chicken al pastor came back to the menu. Everytime the food is prepared quickly with great portion sizes. They seem to have a good team working over there right now. Very happy with the service as well. No complaints.

Horrible experience I found a dry LEAF in my chicken bowl. (I ate half inside and put my lid on to take home. I didn’t find the leaf until I got home and started eating.)My stomach was immediately upset right after I ate it. And the food was really dry like it had been sitting out. It did not taste normal at allllll. I will never come back. Disgusting. Not only that the tables and counters were so dirty!!!

Usually good. Always a staff problem. The new person they make prepare the food for the customer is always trying their best. But it seems like everyone else runs to the back to watch the customers on camera and laugh. There’s never an older manager on duty, which could be the issue. Food is good when it’s fully cooked.

Stopped for dinner, the employees were wonderful scrambling to get service running after a power outage. My wife stepson and I all got violently ill before we even got home. I do not blame employees but the company itself the food was terrible and I can not understand how anyone would willingly pay for 12 hours of intensive intestinal discomfort

We have recently ordered a delivery. We order the salad, but the salad was not completely filled up.We paid like $10 worth for the salad, but they only filled the bowl half, where the order was only worth $5. Whenever we don’t go there and order food, they always do not fill it up completely.

I disagree with all of the recent negative reviews here…we had a fabulous meal here while driving through on a trip. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, meat portions were good for Chipotle, burrito bowls were hot and fresh and were very full. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again next time we are in town

I have never had this kind of experience at a Chipotle. I was in Radford, and the dining options after 9:30pm are minimal, so I was almost desperate. The prep area appeared to not have been wiped off for hours, if not all day. There were 3 males working. One was at the counter preparing an order for someone who wasn’t in-person (online, Doordash, who knows). However, he didn’t raise his head to say “Hello”, or “Be with you in a minute” or anything. Another guy was breaking down the foodpan bays- removing the dividers. He didn’t say a word. The last guy was cleaning the grill and listening to loud music on a speaker, which even as an adult, had some “adult” words that caught me off guard. Finally, I ordered my food and left. The chips were stale. The bowl was barely room temperature and the dried refried beans and pockets of rice were actually cold. I was starving, but I will have to plan better with any future trip to Radford. I have no idea how things are before 9am, but I discourage you from setting foot in there after 9pm. You’d do better getting sushi from a gas station.

Do not order ahead. The food will sit for longer if you order ahead. I ordered two bowls 30 mins before lunch. Got there earlier than the required time. Got my food home and it was not even warm, more like room temperature. I live 5 mins away too.
