Ordered almost 70 dollars worth of food, was supposed to be ready at 6:40 pm. It is now 8:15 pm and it’s not ready. All app orders are at least 4 hours behind. They won’t cancel or give a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

I did an online order placed at 6:30 and selected a pick up time of 7:20, at 8 pm my order is not ready, no one at the restaurant is helping customers and I also tried calling with no response. I get a new place being busy but when you take someone’s money then the item needs to be provided or there at least needs to be a way to talk to someone about a refund.

For only being open for a couple of days, the employees at this location are doing a great job. I have been eating Chipotle for years and everything is perfect! They even got my brown rice cooked correctly!!!!! I must say the parking lot could’ve been laid out better.

I saw that there were a lot of reviews of people being disappointed with certain things; food portions or customer service. I wanted to put my input on here to help rectify the situation. It is unfair to make judgment on the first two days of a place opening. Of course they would be moving fast with your order, there was a LOT of people. And yes, they might accidentally give a smaller portion of meat. Again, there was a LOT of people. They were an amazing staff and they did a great job on such a chaotic day. My food turned out super flavorful and ws incredibly filling. I personally think that people need to be less uptight and give people a break. You guys are great and I’m probably going to become a regular! Thank you for working so hard and creating a great atmosphere for such great food!

2 workers on the line with the customer line out the door and a full drive thru. The older lady rushing the younger one who was actually listening to the customers and doing things the right way.
Issue with my food- 1 scoop of rice, I asked for double chicken and steak, there is probably 8-10 pieces of meat on this bowl because it’s half spoons. Then the woman argued with me cause I asked her to slow down and listen to what I was saying, she expressed to me that “it is her job to be fast”….. Taco order at every other restaurant is 3 she only served 2 per customer.
I’ve ate at plenty of Chipotle’s and I must say I will not be returning to this one. I understand them being busy and running out of certain things but rude is never ok!

Big fan of Chipotle. Thankful for having them in town. A little disappointed. Ordered two bowls. Chicken in both bowls had pieces of it being chewy or undercooked. A little concerning since I’m immunocompromised. Asked for onion or peppers and was told they had none, which is a standard item. The flavors were great , service was friendly, hoping they maintain a high quality and continued success.
