Don’t order chipotle from this location on insta cart this is exactly what my bag looked like when my food was delivered , the sticker was poorly crumbled up onto one hand and when I went to look in the dressing and salsa was on its side and there was a hole underneath the bag because the sauce was leaking. I should’ve got wingstop this is just sad especially when people are trying to get something supposedly nice to eat

This location has gone downhill.
Food handling: The white rice was burnt, and an employee started scraping it out to serve. Another employee brought out fresh rice and I asked for that instead. I also saw an employee adjust the back of his pants while wearing food gloves.
Cleanliness: The serving line was messy and looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a while. Tables were left dirty and I had to clean mine myself. Every trash can was overflowing and there was trash on the floor throughout the dining area. The drink/silverware station was also very messy.
Restroom: The men’s toilet handle was covered in residue; I used my shoe to flush, and it still didn’t fully flush after multiple attempts. There were paper towels scattered on the floor.
Even being about an hour before closing, basic cleanliness and food safety should still be maintained. This used to be one of my favorite quick-eat spots, so it’s disappointing to see it in this condition.

Customer service was horrible!!! The worst I ever experienced there honestly smh didn’t get a chance to get the guys name but he was extremely rude!! He got upset with the customer in front of me, which we were together. He got mad at how she wanted her bowl then begin act frustrated with me right after, I mention he was being rude to not only me but other customers because he was frustrated he begin to raise his voice stating that he was just trying to move his line. Then stopped the line and rushed over to the registers still with the same attitude threw both myself and the other person items in the bag very nastily may I add sour cream was I’ll over my containers asked them if they could wipe it which they responded they couldn’t another one of the worker wiped sour cream and lettuce off the the counter top with the same gloves she continued to work with.

I had a spectacular bowl today at this chipotle. It all started with a bowl of white rice. The rice was not mushy at all, solid rice with an actual taste to it. Then we move onto the meat — I got a scoop of chicken and nothing more but I’m not complaining since that’s the standard. Now my favorite part is the amount of pico i got in this bowl. When I asked for extra pico, I actually got 2 big scoops of pico and she drained the pico water too!! That’s a big win for me. Everything else afterwards was standard but I just needed to let everyone on here know how banger my bowl was here.

The parking was horrible. The handicapped parking was still covered in ice while the rest of their parking was cleared. The food did not even look appetizing. The coke cola was watered way down. Had no fizz at all. The food prices are outrageous for what you are buying. We bought 3 burritos and 1 medium drink & spent over $50, stupid crazy. The drink machine did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. I will NOT go back. Better deals and food at Taco Bell.

While standing in line, I heard that the Coke machine was down, so I ordered a bottle of Coke and asked for a cup. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed I was charged for both the bottle and a small drink. When I questioned it, I was told that I had to pay for the cup as well.
The $3.00 isn’t going to make or break me—it’s the principle and the poor customer service. I wouldn’t have ordered a bottled Coke if the machine had been working.

Always good food. This specific place was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food looked fresh and didnt appear to be sitting out at wrong temp like some places we have been to. We definitely plan to be back and we know that no matter what we order, it’ll be yummy.

This use to be a nice place to go eat. But now it’s always dirty and I don’t even want to talk about the food experience. They serve you such a small portion of food like they want to save it for a rainy day while they look at you like if there giving it for free mean while it’s more and more expensive. And most of the time they don’t have food ready like there’s no one making sure there not going to run out of rice or carne asada,Not sure why they have people with nose rings serving food or hair in there face while youb oder if they can even see, there always out of Agua Fresca and if you ask them they ack like it’s an inconvenience for them to make it, theres almos always a shortage of ice. I walk in to order take out and the Food Service Counter is a Total Mess. I look around and they are fully staffed yet no one is cleaning as they service Customers. They weren’t Busy BTW so after waiting several minutes for them to complete my small order I started taking pictures. One of the Employees sees me and tells her manager. The manager then comes and asks me why I’m taking Pictures. I tell her Because your counter & Glass isnt Clean. She then trys to justify the uncleanness by stating they just had a rush of Customers. Wrong Answer. I’ve been coming to this Location since it opened and the 1st Manager Did a Fantastic Job Overall. They need to clean house because this Current Staff falls way short of any type of cleaning standard. Ownership & Management are clearly Dropping ball since this continues to be a Ongoing Problem according to Bad Reviews before mine. Though they a fully staffed you don’t see one person in these pictures. This place is a Mockery & A Total Bad Impression of Chipotle Standards.
