I go to this chipotle pretty often given how close it is to my house. I was really hungry today and decided to get some.Big mistake.i was so excited to eat my food and the people taking my order was so nice and kind I even left a tip in the jar when I left. But I get home ready to eat and the STEAK is TERRIBLE it’s chewy and even a little RED on the inside I thought maybe a few bad pieces but I damn near couldn’t even enjoy my bowl because every piece of steak was not edible way to chewy and rough and red. Gross. This also isn’t my first time experiencing this but this time it was just too much I really just couldn’t even finish it because how much steak was taken out very upset with the food and even to serve steak like this to your customers is disappointing.

This location was filthy. I wish I took images of the things I saw. The fajitas looked raw and there was food all over the place. Clearly there are no standards for cleanliness here. Not only that but from the looks of the pans they were serving from it appeared as if fresh was being dumped into old. The particles or food in the pan appeared to be old or burned and stuck to the sides of the pan while some of the food in the pan appeared to be fresher? Why dump new into old instead of just a fresh pan. Anyway, this location was just disgusting and I wouldnt recommend eating from here.

I have been a loyal customer for years sometimes even getting chipotle 2-3 times every week but after my experience with not only the store but from customer care as well made me feel so unappreciated as a customer and I will not be returning to any Chipotle franchise!
First we ordered two taco entrees and a burrito off the app and did it for pick up. Once at the store I grabbed the order and went back home. When we started unraveling the tacos there were no toppings! I then found out that they were out of corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, fajitas, and cheese. Everything was so dry, we couldn’t even eat them. I work in retail and this term is known as “out of business” if you cannot satisfy your customers why stay open???. Usually the app will mark an item unavailable which it didn’t and if I would have known that I would have never even placed this order.
Now here is the main part why Chipotle has lost my business. I reached out to customer care and informed them of my issue. Instead of replacing the three entrees i ordered they instead gave me 3 free drinks!!! I told them I would either like to be refunded or given the three free entrees to which they responded with a “BOGO” code. I’m not going back and forth like it’s a bid war just to keep getting the run around. I’m also not going to spend more money to get one free entree when I originally got three of them no thanks! I don’t leave reviews like this but it’s just crazy what you have to go though and see how they treat their customers which was a huge shame!

They gave me a salad with NO LETTUCE or vinaigrette. I ordered a bowl with extra rice and they barely even put half a scoop.
This has to be a sick joke to pick up food and this is what I get. The GM refused a refund or a gift card to another location.
I didn’t want a new order after going home and having to come back since I opened these ridiculous bowls.
They also refused to give me the regional manager’s number. Completely unprofessional, not even one apology as I’m in their location with a crying new born. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER.
The other customers in line agreed how pitiful the bowls they made me were. Complete disgrace.

Came in to get a late dinner, they don’t close for another hour, they had zero prepared steak and refused to make it. I’m allergic to Cilantro, so I asked for some rice without it which I’ve ALWAYS got, and they had none and AGAIN, refused to make some… saying it’s to close to closing. Meanwhile 2 more customers came in behind me,. They had the ovens off and was basically closed up except whatever was leftover. It’s 10pm on a Saturday, there was no reason to not have things prepared for what’s needed for the day. I’m very disappointed, Chipotle shouldn’t hire a bunch of kids to run a restaurant when they have NO CLUE how to run one. Good thing there are plenty other Chipotle’s. I’ll NEVER go to this location and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else either. They don’t care about the customers. There were 4 people working I could see, and I’m sure a couple I couldn’t see. All getting paid to tell me they won’t make me food…..at a store that’s only purpose is to make people food. I blame management, they hire and train the ones doing that awful job. My next thing is an email to the company. If you can so easily not care about me and the service I’m provided then it’s pretty safe to say they will treat all customers the same. They were all lazy, and lacked any pride or appreciation for their jobs.

Service was trash from the moment I walked in the door. The girl was rude and clearly hated being there. It’s the holidays I get it, but sheesh. They hardly had anything from the menu. I wanted to leave as soon as she said it but I had some where to be. It was dirty and there were no napkins in sight. I’ve never been to a Chipotle where I regretted my purchase immediately.

I ordered online on 2/5/2025, and the food was ready as promised. All the items listed on the side were placed in separate containers. The only issue I have with Chipotle across the nation is they have no standard measuring method for meats. They use tongs, and whatever or however the worker wants to grab is what you get. I often feel shortchanged and overpriced for double meat. How about adopting what Mission BBQ does when they make a pork sandwich? They have a standard cup/bowl, and the preparer places the meat in this jar/bowl, levels it, and dumps it on the bun. Perfect, consistent, and fair every time, regardless of the restaurant or who is serving it. I would visit Chipotle way more often if I were sure I would get a fair portion of meat—just my 2 cents. Chipotle needs Standard and Consistent Protein Measurements! Too Eazy to correct if they want to; I will recommend Chipotle Corporate as this seems to be an issue regardless of which restaurant you order from. v/r, Dr. Ken King

Update: couple of years under their belt now. Service is non-existent, as well as smiles. The entire team needs to be retrained or replaced. It’s definitely the result of a lack of leadership , this is my last choice when seeking a quick bite to eat.
The newest Chipotle in the area. First impression was good. Fresh food, hot and well seasoned. Very polite and efficient team. Good health and safety precautions by staff. Glad to have a location close to home in South Chesterfield.

The line was outside the door so I completely understand the concept. When I pay almost $16 for a bowl with double meat, that’s what I expect. The meat was a regular scoop chopped into smaller pieces under hidden under an avalanche of sour cream. When I order in person, its different.
