We placed an order online and arrived for pickup. While there was no one else online, it took a few moments to be recognized. We were given the order and told everything was included, but there were no utensils or napkins included. (We had bowls so utensils were needed.) the restaurant itself was dirty with debris throughout and all the trash cans were overflowing. The food itself was pretty good, but it seems to have lost some flavor over the years with the food becoming more bland.

This Chipotle is the worst location I have ever been too. from the moment you walk through the door, the hostility and hatred from workers is felt. it was 5PM on a Saturday when ordering. They did not have tacos, no white rice, no cheese, no steak. I was not told they can go to the back to retrieve more, the female worker just said they “don’t have none”. As I inquired into what I could order, the worker stated loudly” oh, he’s gonna get on my last nerve“. The rudeness and belligerent attitude about simple inquiries for choices is beyond unprofessional. Each worker there seems to hate the job and it is truly visible and felt. Besides being out of everything, the restaurant interior was disgusting and unsanitary. Filth was on the floor everywhere and the drink station had various sodas all over the floor. No utensils or napkins were in stock and we just left in order to report this location to the regional manger (of which there isn’t a permanent assigned), and the health department. The worst restaurant in all of my 57 years!

My husband ordered delivery via the Chipotle app, like we always do. Never had any major issues… until tonight. I got home from work excited about my bowl, I was highly disappointed to find that it was not what I ordered. The lid was correct but the inside was completely wrong. Would have been ok but the bean’s ruined it completely.

I am currently living outside of the US so when I come back to visit family I usually make a stop at Chipotle. Couple of concerning items right off the bat here. The floors were dirty. We came after the lunch rush but there were workers walking around leisurely but not attending to the front of the house. The beans were dry and stuck to the pan, seemed it hadn’t been changed in several hours. One of the coke dispensers wasn’t working and needed to be attended too. And the major point of confusion for me is that this location doesn’t sell beer? That was odd. The food was hot and tasted good but the over all experience could have been better with attention to the cleanliness of the dining room and food prep area.

The food is good when they get your order right. We regularly order food through the Chipotle App and then pick it up. Every other visit ends up with the store out of ingredients (white rice, steak, salsa, lettuce, soft drinks, lemonade, and Guacamole are all recent examples). For online orders, when they are out of an item, they either substitute or omit the ingredient without ever providing the customer notification–so it is a surprise. We check our food every time before leaving now. I hope they don’t provide a substitution that someone is allergic to.

Where to begin. Walked in and another customer was using drugs in the dining area. Bathroom was trashed and unusable. Pickup was for 4:30 (placed hours in advance) and wasn’t even started by 4:40. Shame what’s happened to Chipotle

These geniuses sealed an empty cut inside a bag for an online order. Should’ve set the empty cup next to the bag and not seal it inside with the food…

I brought 18 students on a church retreat with me to this Chipotle to grab dinner. Everyone was buying their own meal and the restaurant was not crowded. In fact most of the seating was empty. While eating, an employee approached me and asked if I was in charge of this group? I told them I was and asked if there was a problem. She proceeded to tell me that our group was too big and we would have to leave the restaurant. I asked her why? And she said because her manager said so. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me that I did not call ahead to let them know a huge group was coming. I said, “ since when do you need to call ahead for bringing a group to chipotle?“ (I have eaten at Chipotle when the line was out the door) She said, “you don’t.” So I asked her again, why do we need to leave? She then told me that they would have to clean up too many tables afterwards. I looked at her, and said, “so your telling me your employees don’t want to do their job ?” I told her unless you can give me a good reason, we are not leaving. I can tell she did not like my answer. A couple of their employees also approached a few of the students that were with me in my group and ask them to leave. My group was not being loud, they were not being disrespectful, they were just eating their chipotle and talking quietly. This establishment is not welcoming, their employees are rude, and I will never eat at this establishment again. I have never been so angry with the way we (18 paying customers) we’re treated. Do yourself a favor and send a message to this location. go support other eating establishments. There is a Moe’s right across the street, and a Fire House, subs right next-door. I told the Fire House subs person what was going on and they invited me to bring my group into the restaurant. Now that is service! – Rant over.

Order online, after come back home realized that food was cold and one plate was missing, return back and ask for the missing plate and not even apologize for it. Start eating my burrito and never see the meat until the end, like 4 piece of steak approximately. And finally at the bottom end of the receipt hanging from the bag on the back was 3 or 4 grain of rice stick to the receipt with a piece of hair, i like chipotle but i will never go back to this locattion ever again.

I used to work for Chipotle back in the early 2010’s. Customer service and expediency were paramount, and even though as a younger man I found it annoying, the constant meetings and critiques about these things, I look back and appreciate how much the management cared. Going to Chipotle at certain locations, especially this one, is starting to feel like walking into taco bell at 11pm moreso than the company I used to eork for. Trash full, utensils empty, service slow, dirty, employees not rude but make it clear that they don’t wanna be there. I worked in restaurants for over a decade, nobody wants to be there. Try to avoid this location if you can.
