Is it in the employee manual or something that you are only to give pick up/delivery orders $3-$4 worth of food? Because under this MOUNTAIN of lettuce was about 4 pieces of steak- for A FIFTEEN DOLLAR BOWL.
Some of us have diseases like reactive hypoglycemia, and can’t afford to spend $15 on a bowl to get absolutely RIPPED off because the employees are too lazy to do the portions actually described in the manual-
To then have to spend thousands on an ER trip from going into hypoglycemic shock because the customers order didn’t have even CLOSE to the amount of food that she paid for/needed while desperate for food in the middle of a medical crisis
This isn’t the first or second or third time this has happened with chipotle and a to go order, this is now THE NORM. It’s “what they do” according to every delivery driver in the area. Yall should genuinely be absolutely disgusted with yourselves. Absolutely STEALING from people.

I am absolutely irate at the state of my food. I pay money expecting to get the same service I would get if I went in and ordered my food at the window and I received the smallest burrito I have ever seen. My wife and I both,l request extra rice, extra meat and I got a burrito that was 3 1/2” long (trust me I measured). It’s honestly pathetic to think that a place would even serve this to a paying customer. I have been eating Chipolte since some of the original location in Colorado circa 2006 and I can say that this is the last time I will EVER eat at this restaurant. While they may write me off because other people will continue to go there and there business will move on, it’s a real shame to see that this company has gone straight to the trash.

Arrived at the store at 9:54 On a Thursday night and was told by the line person they have been closed. And they were cleaning. I will be filing a better business bureau complaint and this individual should be fired. He made me feel very uncomfortable in the store and was staring at me. This place is so dirty! I’ve walked in multiple different times, hoping it would actual be cleaned up for once and walked right back out! There is always trash on the floor, tables are never bussed or wiped. It’s by far the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. We love Chipotle and will drive to a further location just to avoid this place!! If that is what the front looks like, I cant imagine how the back looks! Hard pass!!

The food here is always so mediocre and the only reason I come here is because it’s close to my job. Today my fajita veggies weren’t even cooked and the pieces were so big then the big piece of avocado in my guacamole was unnecessary and the pieces of onions were so big smh my rice was a little hard and my chips were so sorry! This location is bad and im not sure if they have new people or what but if i’m paying money for my food at least make it worth it and it definitely wasn’t.

I ordered the new “protein” bowl with chicken. Made it home to discover maybe 1/4 of the chicken I get at other locations with a normal bowl. I could see the bottom of the bowl with maybe 8 or 9 small pieces of chicken, but mainly romaine lettuce and salsa with a bite size portion of rice, beans, etc. The food was mediocre and its obvious that portion size is a problem at this location after reading the reviews. Save your money, better spent at a taco bell.

I love an occasional Chipotle Burrito. While the staff was very hospitable the prep counters in the back were littered in old food, and my burrito’s ingredients were somehow cold and semi hard. I recommend trying Pelon’s!

Went to this chipotle about 5pm. First entered waited to order while associates were talking. During ordering had to repeat the items I wanted because they weren’t paying attention. Went home to eat and the rice was super mushy with some hard pieces and super bland. Meat was overcooked. Definitely not the location to go to!

I have been to this location countless times during lunch/dinner and each time is a different experience but somehow none of these experiences ever reach five stars.
I ordered 3 things today in person; a kids quesadilla, a barbacoa burrito and a chicken bowl.
First of all, they were being stingy with the beans, they tried to give me a serving of almost 1 tablespoon and a half of beans on top of a mountain of rice. He tried to give me a lid that was bathed in guac until I told him to please give me a new lid for the bowl. But the guac bath still manage to get all over my kids plate. This is how the plate looked along with the cold tortilla and cheese that we also received. The burrito was wrapped wrong so with each bite that I took, food was spilling out from the bottom.
9/10 times these people don’t change their gloves, I’ll see them touching the cashier, their phones, etc and then they will actually touch customers foods. That’s just disgusting. There is cross contamination everywhere, you will find corn in the red salsa, sometimes lettuce in your order even though you never ordered any lettuce. The list goes on and on.
