I ordered 3 sofritas bowls and 1 quesadilla, all vegetarian. When I got home, every bowl had chicken, and the “quesadilla” wasn’t even a quesadilla — it was just sofritas and sauces dumped together in a container, completely mixed and inedible (see attached photo).
I went back to the store and asked who prepared my order. The manager, Kyle, said he made it himself. When I explained that I am vegetarian, he replied that he “didn’t know,” so chicken should be fine. I showed him my order clearly marked sofritas/vegetarian, with no chicken listed anywhere — he then went silent.
If the manager can make such a serious mistake and dismiss it so casually, how can customers trust that the rest of the staff will follow proper food-handling and order-verification procedures? He refunded the order and discarded the food, but that does not resolve the issue or the impact it caused.
As a strict vegetarian, receiving meat in my food is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Chipotle must ensure staff training, dietary awareness, and order verification to prevent such incidents in the future.
I would strongly recommend that anyone who is vegetarian or vegan avoid this location, as they clearly lack the care and understanding required to handle dietary preferences responsibly.

I usually get quick service and take my order to go. We love the burrito bowls and go there often. IMO, it is tops for fast food.

I got eight small pieces of carne asada. Asked for a little more and they wanted to charge me for double meat. I declined. Usually they just throw an extra few pieces on but not this crew. I thought the Chipotle way was to take care of the customer. The meat isn’t even quality which makes it frustrating/comical. I bought a second burrito so I could see the portion on that and it was like the kid was making it for a child. Portions are the smallest that I’ve ever seen and the manager, really does not care. Looked like a kids meal and the manager just said, that’s the portion and continued to cut meat. The carne asada is $12 plus $1 for the chimichurri sauce(not good either). The meat is not very good and tastes burnt. Poor food and customer service in redmill. Will not return. Spend your money somewhere else or cook some actual carne asada.

Ok I gave chipotle on upton drive. A try. I ordered online, set the pick up time at 3. I ordered
1) steak crunchy taco
2) chicken al pastor soft taco
3) carnitas soft taco Al pastor
For the stake crunchy taco it was very good
For the carnitas taco mmm the meat was really really salty.
For the chicken soft taco Al pastor it was good
Usually this place is full and it take a lot of time when picking up but I was lucky today not to much people. My order pickup time was at 3:00pm and they gave it to me at 2:58Pm good job chipotle.
Now NO NAPKINS inside the seal bag NOT even one. Next time pay attention to this little details.
Bathrooms where ok.
I recommend the tacos i ordered they are loaded so with 2 is more than enough
For the 3 tacos $14 was the price.

Disrespectful staff especially the young man with dark curly hair and glasses. I did not feel welcome there. What happened to Chipotle? I’d avoid this location at all costs. It reminded me of “in school suspension” in there.

I’ve gotten this in past many times and it wasn’t bad, the past 3 times in the past 4 months have been trash. Food not cooked all the way. Consistently forgetting items. Im just fed up with it so that was last time and if management read this, don’t worry about responding just do better.

Honestly, I cannot wrap my mind around how unclean the habits are of the employees that work here.
Almost every time I go in, the counter is not clean and so the employee on the line takes their gloved hand and wipes it all down. Then wipes the glove on their apron or in the chemical wash to clean. Without changing their gloves, they go right back to preparing food. Or they handle money with the same gloves. It’s like they have no concept about how germs and bacteria spread!!
I just turned around and walked out without ordering
