This use to be the best chipotle in the city, and now it’s the worse. It says they open at 10:45 am but at 11:15 am they are still close? The portions are small, and it’s always missing items. This is the only chipotle in the mall if there service and quality is going downhill they need to close this place.

Don’t eat here my mom posted her review on her nasty food that made us sick and as you can see it’s not up here. The manager was so disrespectful to my mommy. I hate this Chipotle and their nasty sick food. It made my new baby sister sick too. My pinto beans on my burrito tasted zingy and smelled like old soapy dish water. No seriously! I gave my food to my dog.

Moe‘s is better. Moe’s gives you free chips and salsa and larger portions of food. The options here are less and smaller and more expensive. Moe‘s as much more options and is cheaper and taste just as good or better. and kids eat free on Sunday. Here at chipotle they don’t do any of that.

Rachel’s service was extremely rude and offensive today. I ordered two quesadillas. I do not visit chipotle often, so I am not super familiar with the menu. I saw the quesadillas under the portion of the menu. It is not display anywhere else. Rachael continues to ask me what I would like my two sides to be I get to size of rice and lettuce. Then I asked her to add on two sides of sour cream. She looks at me and says you know that’s going to be extra right? I say yes that’s fine, and then she proceeds to ask me if I still want it. This was offensive to me, because it felt as though she was implying that I would not pay an up charge based off my looks.

I ordered a steak burrito from this location and the steak was DISGUSTING!! It tasted (and looked) like taco-seasoned DOG FOOD. I actually had to pick it out of my burrito to keep eating!! And what’s crazy is I almost decided to get extra steak, which would have been another $4.90. Almost $5 to get an extra helping of Taco-Bell grade beef!! I posted a photo of the nasty beef… see for yourself.
