I just had the most epic fail of a meal. My chicken was frozen and the chips were stale. Can I please get a refund for the chips? The only thing that wasn’t a letdown was the friendly ladies who prepared my bowl.

Haven’t been to this location in a few years so I decided to go see what I’ve been missing and to my surprise the food was good also filling. I have one complaint as to why was the lobby in a not so clean atmosphere starting with lots of food crumbs underneath tables , dirty window glass, just overall could have been a bit cleaner. The food seemed not too freshly made but I ordered anyways given this place another shot to satisfy my huger. Will I come back? It’ll be awhile but overall food was good.

I don’t know why the minimal stars for this place. First of all the staff is super friendly. The service they provide is great! Listen folks, I got a burrito that didn’t fit in one tortilla because I got a lot of toppings. Without hesitation they added another tortilla to make sure the burrito wouldn’t break open. 2 tortillas for the price of one! Love it! Yes, we waited about 15 min for 2 burritos but good things take time. Keep up the great work Brand New Chipotle in Chesapeake!! You rock!!!

I’m really excited that the Chipotle in Great Bridge has finally opened! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious, exactly what you expect from Chipotle. One thing I really appreciated is that they seem to have plastic straws here instead of the paper ones that the other Chipotles in the area have. I’m not sure if this will change, but it’s a nice touch for now. It’s great to finally have a convenient location in Great Bridge, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.
Update: I’ve been back several times now, and unfortunately, it seems like they weren’t quite ready to open. The staff still needs more training, as there have been issues like portions being inconsistent, ingredients not being prepared correctly, and the overall experience feeling a bit unorganized. I really wanted to love this location, but they’ve got some work to do to get up to speed. Hopefully, they can iron out these kinks soon!

I went in and ordered a brisket burrito and the lady put steak and had to correct her, no big deal. Ordered a bowl for my wife and the guacamole was in whole pieces (see images) and hard like a rock. The bowl tasted like onion and she couldn’t even eat the bowl. For the price definitely a waste of money.
**Update** Upset stomach from the strong onion taste and smell. Go to the new AlohaAloha down the street for the same price and WAY BETTER food.

I’ve ordered multiple burritos here, never once have they wrapped correctly it falls apart after the first bite. The workers always look miserable and very unsociable. The portions are EXTREMELY small even the double protein portions are extremely small!!

Went to pick my food up wasn’t ready so I watched them make it. Drove the maybe 10 minutes back to my house for the food to be cold. Not only that there was guacamole in it which didn’t order. Not even sure if this was supposed to be mine or your workers just don’t care . Called the number but goes to customer care and was asked if I was able to just reheat it up. Not the point it shouldn’t be cold.

I ordered on the app for pickup at this location on Battlefield. I ordered chicken tacos. I got 7 pieces of cubed chicken and 5 pieces of lettuce. This cost me $9.35 AND i gave a $3 tip for this order. I drove to go get my dinner and open this when I get home. I still have not heard back from management. 3 days later. I have attached a picture. This location is closer to my house but I will be going to the one nearest to Sams Club. Product AND service is superior, this store has poor management.
