I do reviews when visits are well done or exceptionally bad. This visit was the latter. First thing I noticed was how messy the tables were, no diners sitting down at the time. We went up the ordering line and most options were almost out. Since they were low on the options for protein and beans, they did half scoops to stretch and make my two burrito bowls. I took a picture of the one that was mostly lettuce and sour cream. The second photo is the small portion of steak that I could find in my other bowl. The quality control has drastically gone down at 4116 Portsmouth Blvd location. I do not recommend going to this location.

This is my SECOND time ordering from them. They waited until the last minute to cancel my order BUT this time I’m pissed. I paid damn near $26 for delivery and more for them forget my red chimi sauce and to forget my fajita veggies .

The food is great but if you ever order food in the evening for drive-thru, you will wait over 30 minutes in line with ZERO movement. Enough time will pass as you literally watch the employees through the windows doing nothing with zero line inside and question why you’re waiting for food that was ready for pick up 40 minutes ago. Terrible service experience. Had enough time to sit in line and write this review before I got my food.

The employee who prepared my bowl and rang me up was super rude. The name on the receipt was Skikeyla, so I guess that was her. She was a petite young lady with glasses and short dreads. She started off asking if I wanted guacamole and queso, instead of rice and beans. She said this was because they were about to close and she didn’t want a line forming. Mind you, this was at 8:15 pm. The time posted on the door clearly stated they closed at 10 pm. I attempted to confirm what time they closed, and she replied with “it depends”. What kind of response is that? An employee of Chipotle doesn’t know what time they close? At this point I knew I was basically being rushed for no good reason. Add to this that she didn’t say any of this to the customers that came before or after me. Her comments were unnecessary and her professionalism was lacking. I’m really an easy going person but if I come to get something to eat after a long 12 hour shift and I’m greeted with this kind of nonsense, I have no choice but to be insulted.

I absolutely disdain going to this location. The workers are always very rude, wait times are always long. The workers laugh and play in front of the customers like they are in high-school. They bump past you, without saying excuse me. Zero manners, zero home training. They will look at you, and not even acknowledge you, like they are doing you a favor. If there are no customers buying your food, then you dont have a job. How hard is that to understand. This location needs to be cleaned out, and new employees and management needs to be brought in. Its very ridiculous, at this point. Will never visit this location again. I won’t beg anybody to take my money……

We have been sick twice from thos location in 2 weeks (Monday evenings). I couldn’t figure out why when we never get sick at other Chipotles but when you eat inside you see why. The employees are consistently and constantly on their phones. Although they wear gloves you can see they are on their phones with them so the germs are just everywhere. No one is very friendly or helpful, just buried in their phone. Service on pickups is fast though and the restaurant isn’t dirty.

Ordered pickup from the Chipotlane and they definitely did NOT add everything I asked for (where’s my Romain lettuce and Fajita veggies?). I added a tip for absolutely nothing and won’t be coming back to this location. Sad.

I walk in to a line of customers waiting to order while two employees are on their phones, two others appear to be playing party cake, and one working on food. The only fresh food to choose from was the one thing that the one person was cooking at a time. The food preparation line was absolutely filthy and the employees were cold and offered zero customer service. Food was cold and stale. Definitely will not come back and recommend no one else goes.

I ordered a Chicken burrito with queso, white rice, cheese lettuce, tomatoes, and corn. Initially they gave me a bowl I sent it back to be fixed, saw it was a burrito and drove away. When I got home and started to eat it I realized the got it wrong again. There was no queso (which is extra), tomatoes, or corn. And they put an absurd amount of sour cream (which I didn’t ask for) in it to the point where the bottom of the burrito was inedible because it was so much sour cream. Won’t be coming back any time soon this is terrible.

I loathe the chipotle pick up lane at this location. I clearly choose this option because I am unable to get out of my car and want to order ahead and pick up my food. If I’m lucky and there’s no line I still pull up to the window and sit while the workers don’t even bother to help me for 10-15 mins. All they have to do is hand me my food so I never understand the wait. Don’t order pickup here. It’s NEVER convenient.
