Ordered three of the “new” protein tacos and this what I came home to. There was literally almost no meat in any of them. I’ve ordered before from the location in great bridge and they were great. Your window employee was dancing when I pulled up (all good we all deserve to have fun and enjoy work) but seemed annoyed when I asked for my prepaid order. When I came home and opened my tacos was HIGHLY disappointed. I’ll go back to the great bridge location going forward. There’s definitely not 40 grams of protein with these three little tacos and no meat. (Literally)

Ordered online around 9pm. My bowl was missing almost all the toppings. It was missing black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, tomatillo chili green salsa, sour cream, and fajita veggies. I got a bowl with Rice, steak, and cheese. This is completely unacceptable. Not to mention they completely ripped me off in the portion size. 1 out of 5 stars because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

One star feels a little generous, I ordered from this chipotle after driving nearly 6 hours from Jersey and upon getting my bowl it was missing just like a good 1/3rd of everything, rice, protein, veggies, toppings, didn’t get any utensils I asked for either, apon when returning to the location I pointed out the issues with my order calmly and was met with two dirty looks and a bunch of muttering after I walked away, will absolutelyyyy be doing a chargeback. Not remotely close to the service is asked for or was expected, seems like it’s a common theme on all the reviews here, quite literally eat anywhere else.

I was just served here right now by a black girl with a nose piercing and straight black hair. I didn’t get her name, hence the description. She was rude to the coworker next to her, a young white brunette lady. And then after I was finished with my order she made a very nasty comment. I only order chicken and extra rice, I know it’s strange so I’m always very appreciative and polite. She had the nerve to roll her eyes and made a snide comment to the coworker on her other side. The nerve this girl had was insane. Food was great though!

This is a good chipotle location. Clean on inside. Good portions. Good service. I am a fan of chipotle and this is a good one.
Only notes is this location is a hard spot to get to with all the traffic. Parking lot is small and it is always busy around here.

Ordered my usual bowl today and went through the pick up drive thru, guacamole was rotten and inedible. Completely brown. Every time we ordered chips from this location, they are stale as hockey pucks. I get double protein so this bowl was $20, the meat is regularly full of chewy fat. It’s a complete dump. I was so excited to have a chipotle nearby and now I will travel further to avoid this one at all costs. Attitudes are extremely poor, I have actually witnessed someone walking behind the counter to start a fight with an employee because service was so bad. Always out of something (guac, dressing, etc.) All in all it’s a POS location.

Ordered large chips & queso online that it. Got it and the “large chips” were burned, too salty and only a quarter of a small bag was filled . 10 dollars for this amount of food is criminal. Not what I expect from ordering chipotle. I work at a nearby food place and don’t expect much just proper food. If this place can’t make chips and queso I can’t expect to ordering anything else will end out well. Feel very ripped off. Heard a to-go worker in the back also say, “I’m not making this d*** chips and queso.” The first Lady who helped me out was very nice though. Overall a rough experience going to a chipotle not what I expected.

I ordered a bowl and basically got like a few pcs of chicken and I got double meat with Carnitas and paid 23$ for a bowl that didn’t even go over the top of the rim. Ridiculous
