Every time I come into this Chipotle, the experience is consistently great. The team is always so friendly and welcoming, with genuinely pleasant attitudes. They’re incredibly helpful and always eager to prepare my daughter’s burrito exactly the way she wants it never rushed, always patient.
Even though it’s fast food, customer service truly matters to me, and Chipotle gets it right every time. The atmosphere is delightful, and great customer service makes all the difference.

I was so disappointed with my recent Chipotle experience. Although, the line was short they were out of rice and beans. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The interaction with the employees was unpleasant – from the first employee interaction to checkout. I visited this Chipotle because I had not eaten dinner or lunch, so I was expecting a great food experience. Not only was the employee interaction unpleasant, but the food experience was too. The atmosphere was horrible, the trash cans were overflowing, the food containers were empty, and it was not even busy. They had no rice or black beans when I got to the front of the line. When it was time for me to order, I requested a steak bowl. The person serving me forgot my black beans after I requested them. I had to return to the counter after sitting down with my food to ask them to please give me black beans. They gave them to me in the guac container. The steak was not cut properly and it was flavorless. The entire experience was a big miss. This is not the Chipotle experience that I am used to coming from DC. I even stopped going to the Chipotle off of Battlefield because the experience was horrible. I now realize the issue is not just localized to that particular Chipotle, but this one as well. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

They completely forgot to put the quesadilla in my child’s meal. Couldn’t get a real person on the phone or get help from the app. Pretty frustrating over 5 dollars but this isnt the first time they have messed up my family’s orders. Id love to be put in direct contact with a manager to get a refund.

I’ve been to many Chipotles but this one was really special. I came in and they had a very positive attitude the general manager Rob And his team made me feel very welcomed and I had a few laughs before I left. Thank you for making my visit as enjoyable as it was. I will be coming back

Great late lunch experience! In the middle of the afternoon the food was hot, fresh and generous portions! The workers were efficient, kind and working very hard. The Burrito had a lot of meat added which was nice. The inside was clean and ready for sit at tables. This location in chesapeake has stepped it up since our previous visits and we are happy with it! Best Burrito from any chipotle in awhile!

Showed up at 130pm.half the staff is standing around,ask for steak bowl.
I’m told steak is out and I’d have to wait for it,tell them forget it just give me chicken. I tell the mystery meat behind the counter I want just a little bit of sourcream and a little cheese. She proceeds to slop as much sourcream as the spoon can hold on my bowl and then covers it in cheese. I hate this town

Dropped by this afternoon for some lunch and man was it busy! Despite the decent amount of staff it still took a considerable amount of time to have our order fulfilled. The establishment definitely was a bit dirty as well. However, the food we did receive was fine despite them being completely out of fajita veggies.
