Chipotle used to be my favorite! I took the opportunity to celebrate after voting to try the new limited time brisket. I was far from impressed .
Not only was there about a teaspoon of meat, but I completely missed the taste. I would have been more satisfied just sticking with my old faithful Chicken bowl, I think !
Don’t get me wrong. I still finished my bowl. 1. I spent my money, and my momma did raise me to waste money. 2. Leftovers are for quitters, and I’m not a quitter. Even if I don’t like it .

Sometimes this location is a 50-50 chance and today when I was picking up my to go go order through a third-party. I noticed the guacamole had been changing colors, but it was still left on the line not knowing this was the same guacamole that they put in my burrito bowl Nobody wants dark brown, green guacamole

I have no words, why is there a half uncooked onion in my chipotle. This location is by far the worst, not only the fajitas are not cooked and giving me a half onion. The rice is cooked too much it’s so clumpy, I literally had to throw it away. I’m so disappointed with this location, the staff needs more training.

This is one of the worst locations!! The rice is always undercooked. Doesn’t have that awesome cilantro pop for taste. The fajita vegetables are overcooked there’s no flavor. Explain how is the food cold if i just ordered it? Too top it off somebody always on that line that dont want to work!! Its way too many dependable people that need a job for this foolishness. Not a smile, not a hey welcome to Chipotle nothing. Imma have to Google how to cook this stuff aint no way imma keep giving you all my money

If you order tacos, the meat is a an entree not a side so if the worker asks what do you want for your sides then they should first ask for your meat like any other order. They get your sides first, then con you into getting the chicken put in a cup. Being the bigger person, I then ordered an additional that I never actually needed if the staff cared enough to explain how the meat for the tacos is viewed as a side. Next time have people that care enough to make sure the person is getting what they want and admit that they didn’t explain it adequately because nobody thinks of your main protein AS A SIDE! Train your people better in customer service!

Unfortunately, I receive cold food again from that location. After speaking with (Manager or assume to be) about concerns, not he was extremely condescending and nonchalant, he ends the conversation by saying “That is not my job”. As a result, I can no longer a store who doesn’t believe good customer service. Disappointed to say the least

Mobile order portions are awful!! Go in and order if you are getting food from this location. I ordered a side of queso and this is the portion I recieved as well as very small portions in my bowl.

Food is sometimes bland, but most the times is very good and appetizing. Waits can be long but not too long. Serving sizes usually tend to be very large. Even gave me a free bag of chips once.

no one in restaurant and they the cook was more concern for a break but more then 5 people talking by take out orders. why did the girl say “what you want?” not smile and talked to cook that put steak off to side under cover after looking at me saying steak would take 15 mins cuz he needs to go on break. i did not like feeling socially profile at 9pm in this society. chipotle customer service went down hill just hiring anybody these days. could stay and wait after seeing all but to staff talk in food prep area HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL especially laughing no hair nets or gloves and disgusting counters. 9/3/25
