After reading all the reviews of the different locations near by, this is 1 of 2 of the good locations. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions about the food, prior to placing my order. Food was instantly ready and hot. Requested additional sauces and sides and it was no additional charge. The bowl was already pilled to the top and no skimping was done. Food was delicious. Will definitely be returning back to this location.

I have been coming here for years an with my order I always get a side bowl of rice when I come to pick my online order up. The price is normally 1.70 for the bowl of rice today I was charged $3.50 for that same bowl of rice an no matter how many times I told the cashier that it’s been $1.70 she could care less. I’ve never been told a side of just rice was $3.50 till today. I was also charged for 2 sides of rice not 1. Was to busy to keep arguing with her an I was double charged when I asked for a side of rice she charged me for 2 sides. Absolutely unacceptable to be double charged.

Absolutely terrible service, I had my order picked up by another customer right in front of me!!!! They claimed to check the name but I only saw a quick glance when I confronted the front worker he kinda walked off and told another person and then. Nothing was said to me as I waited for about 10 minutes before I was told that they do not remake DoorDash orders! More time pass before I can actually give my order remade and when I finally got up to the register to pay, I reminded them that I had a DoorDash order that was picked up by another person and asked them how would that be alleviate it because I’m now having to remake the order and they told me I’d have to take it up with DoorDash and they could not honor the previous order or refund me. Whoever is managing that store needs a class on communication with customers because I could’ve went to the another place rather than being patient and waiting just to repay. It was absolutely ridiculous and no compensation was offered.

I’m going through making my bowl, instead of just putting the lid on and asking me or the other employee what I had, the girl took fingers and dug into my bowl. I am not exaggerating when I say her two fingers were at the bottom of the bowl and then she shifted around the food looking to see if I had queso. Mind you she had the same gloves on for idk how long but I watched her touch several things even walking off to grab something and coming back with the same gloves on and placed her fingers in my food. The guy at the register seemed to not understand the health issue because his response was “she has gloves on”! It’s so crazy people don’t understand how many germs are accumulated on gloves like who trained them?? I asked for my bowl to be remade and since the store was busy he proceeded to catch an attitude so he tossed the bowl in the trash and I went to qdoba where I was at the very least greeted kindly and they had pinto beans available anyway, there should be a discussion about gloves because apparently the workers don’t understand how germs work

The bowl we paid almost $15 was smaller than my own hand! Disgraceful! Will never do takeout or DoorDash from here again. STINGY!!!! Husband and I were VERY angry. Do yourself a favor, go INSIDE, where they CANT royally screw you!

Every time I go here, they jip me on meat but load me up on rice. Most recently, they served me cold meat and then said my tacos were cold (between the coubter and the walk to a table) because I got sour cream. Bruh. Sour cream shouldnt make the entire thing cold and the tacos hard in under 5 minutes. The manager has an attitude problem and obviously doesnt want to hear what customers have to say or their experiences. She tried arguing with me and I obviously didn’t want her remaking my food with resentment so I asked for a refund, which she also had an attitude about. This location sucks. Will not be going back.

First time ordering online and first time trying carne asada. I have never had such a disgusting meal from Chipotle ever. The carne asada was so dry and dusty it was inedible, and had zero flavor. I’m guessing it had been in the warmer since the lunch shift and it was 6:00 p.m. when I picked up my order. It’s $4 more than chicken which ended up being a terrible choice. I also asked for extra cheese and I barely got any cheese at all on my bowl. I never say this…but I want my money back. Basically spent $15 for a bowl of rice and corn.

Dylan the night shift store manager is a very nasty unprofessional individual. After receiving incorrect information from his employee he refused to correct or even acknowledge the issue at hand. Very unprofessional did not own the problem or even try to assist the customer.. very rude answered my question that if I was given wrong information by one of his employees how was I to blame. Needs to learn how to hold a conversation. Just very poor customer service skills. Very disappointing to see a store manager that is allowing his employees to provide false information and the customer is left the blame. Unprofessional needs to be taken through some type of training because he looks and acts like he wasn’t fit to be a store manager.
