Unfortunately I had to give this particular store a star just to give a review.
I experienced the utmost disrespect and poor customer service at this store.
The manager has attitude the attitude from hell. I asked if I could get my food remade because the first was horribly made. Meat tuff as leather. Her attitude was like hell no. Then her hand waved as if to say go ahead.
As I was standing to re do my order she is putting fresh meat over old meat. And mixing it together:( .
Then I just got to my limit with the attitude. So I asked for a refund. Then she told me that I was gonna have to wait until she got a chance to give me a refund. I had made up in my mind that I was never going to come to this location EVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
When she came to give me the refund the other employee was so ashamed that she put her head down.
Restaurant was in poor condition trash over flowing and they must don’t have towels because the servers were using they hands with gloves on to to wipe off the counters. And yes I took pictures.
And I’d corporate needs to get in touch with me send me a email. I will send pictures and better yet I won’t mind meeting them at the store and point the young lady out in person.
Remind you all I’m not a complainer. But when I’m made to feel like this I let loose.
I felt disrespected and unwanted at this restaurant and to make it worse by a woman of MY COLOR…

It’s a Chipotle. Fast casual, nothing fancy. Better for lunch than dinner. They do what they’re supposed to and they’re great until after 7:30pm. Once the dinner rush is over, they run out of items and don’t replace them.

And parking is a nightmare if you want to eat there. You’re better off doing carry out, parking for a couple minutes with your flashers on in the big apartment lot.

Customer service here was the worst. I went through the line and got a bowl the first lady that waited on me was pretty nice. The second young lady that was doing the toppings asked me what I wanted. When I got to a particular vegetable I told her that I would wait for the fresh one because it was at the bottom with a few pieces sitting in liquid. She got the fresh one and then dumped the old one on my food. And when I said I wanted it fresh she said oh everything is fresh here. At that point I didn’t want the bowl but before I could tell her that she made it her decision to dump the bowl out and have another one made. From that point on she had an attitude. It was her attitude that really got me. The staff seemed overworked this lady in particular and frustrate, she doesn’t need to be working in customer service. I don’t think she could handle the crowd her attitude and customer service was rude and unprofessional.

I got a chicken bowl with a tortilla! They had everything in stock and I got a pretty good amount of food in my bowl! Service was good and pretty quick, there wasn’t too many people there though. When we finished checking out there were probably about 8 people in line. Parking is pretty nice, easy to park and a good amount of spaces. Tables were pretty clean as well. More food, more stock, less line than near vcu.

Employees weren’t very welcoming, looked like they had attitudes and were moving slow. They didn’t seem like they cared very much. The food line had food on the side everywhere. (I thought you’re supposed to clean as you go). When I got to my apartment which was about literally 5 mins down the road, my food was cold. This was my first time at this Chipotle, and it will be my last. Very disappointing.

Food is good. Sometimes. I do like that the service is good here. Sometimes.

Sometimes you even get surprises in your bag!

It’s wrapped up but not the kind of wrap you’d want to find. You know, say a used bandaid? Let’s leave that out of the order next time, yeah?

Worst Chipotle in the area. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee told me that all of the bowls have stains on them, which was very off-putting. The cashier practically threw my change at me, and on top of that, they tried to overcharge me for queso that I did not get in my bowl. Overall, the service was nasty and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

First I get there no one acknowledged me. Girl hoping conversation with another worker. She’s finished she then attends to me. I ask for steak. Do not have any. Then she tell me other meats is basically steak ok fine give me that. I guess. Why charge me the that meat price when that not the i really wanted. Then started to eat my food tried the meat first without anything touching it. It was COLD. Get better.

Absolutely disgusting. I got the carne asada, they basically took the entire steak and put it in the middle of my bowl. The beef wasn’t sliced at all, the chunk was the size of my hand. It was hard , chewy and cold. The rice was stuck together, just a complete mess. Service is always sub par. Won’t be coming back.

This was one of the worst time and experiences I’ve ever had one. I asked to speak to management. He continuously worked and ignored Want a full refund at this point they can’t have the foodmy request. I was not offered the Bogo deal. I was told about one of the workers that she already had pissed her manager off and she couldn’t do a refund and re-rang me up for the Bogo deal Really disappointed in the night shift all the time I’m a regular customer. It’s no structure literally disorganized disoriented customer disoriented crew.
