Quite consistently awful. They are frequently out of ingredients. I have ordered chips and guacamole five times, and out of those five times they have been out of chips, guacamole, or both each time. They have also somehow lost my online order twice in the short time between making my order and me picking it up.

Ordered my burrito at 11:23 AM through the Chipotle app. I have limited time for my lunch break and thought that ordering online for a pickup order would allow the process to be quicker… as I gave you all ample time to prepare my order. The pickup time was for 11:40, however, I received a notification around 11:35ish that the order was complete. Excellent, must have been slow and was excited it was ready ahead of time. Was already on my way to the store and saw it was pretty dead inside, maybe 2 people eating. I arrive and the order wasn’t ready, which was fine as the original time wasn’t set until 11:40 AM. So I wait til 11:45 and the order still isn’t ready. Granted, this was at a time when Noone is in the restaurant. 11:50 AM hits and still no burrito. I do not receive my order until 11:57. Waiting close to 30 minutes on a burrito while everyone was sitting around doing nothing. With how slow the restaurant was and the incredible amount of time I was in there… I could have ordered 40 burritos in the normal line and they would have been completed before the takeout order. I stopped eating at this Chipotle because this absolutely has not been the first time this has happened. Reached out to customer service and was offered chips and guacamole…. a full refund should be provided for the company’s mistake. Thank you for wasting my entire lunch break. The three stats for this restaurant says enough. This is not a trend, this isn’t a one off time, this a poorly restaurant that reflects very poorly on this company.

When I spend about $15 per bowl, it would be nice to have a full bowl. I will be going further out of my way to another location that provides better quality and bang for my buck. Convenience is just not worth it. This is ridiculous.

Terrible service, bugs in not only my food, but in several other customers’ food, dirty dining area, the coke machine wasn’t working, the list goes on. Today was my first time to this location and upon ordering, I was told there wasn’t any chicken prepared and it would take 10 minutes until ready. I sat down, waited, and overheard other customers asking about the chicken and after 10 minutes of waiting I hear the staff tell them another 10-15 minutes until it’s ready. When I politely requested a refund on my bowl that had bugs in it, I was met with very rude and cocky staff.

Literal bones were in our bowls, the staff was incredibly rude and they fat shamed me as well for asking for more cheese on my bowl. They added 3 pieces (or whatever it’s called) and then said “no more fatty” and she snorted. By far the worst experience with any chipotle. Their customer service line is also not addressing these issues.

I love Chipotle. I do not love this specific Chipotle. The portion sizes they give you are somehow too small–I thought everything at Chipotle was supposed to be standardized. Isn’t that the point of fast food? I was hopeful that the new Chipotle on the corner would force this one to get into shape, but it hasn’t. I normally go to the one up north, and I recommend going to any other Chipotle than this one.

Had two bad experiences in a row. Out of fajita veggies both times. One night the cook in the back was upset he had to make more food at 9pm (they closed at 11) and said “people need to come in earlier”. I had two bowls and the dude asked me what I wanted in one then proceeded to put it on both. Dude straight cheated me on the amount of chicken he put into my bowl and they ran out of forks and spoon

Horrible never go to chipolte again/ music so loud nobody can hear what your saying. Always out of everything. They won’t make what you want. They get mad when u ask for extra anything. You have to order quesidella on line. They have 2 stars on all their locations. Someone should buy these out and replace them. Rude waste of money
