This is the second time I’ve ordered here in less than a week. First time the staff members were rude. This time they simply put what they wanted in my DoorDash order. It clearly says lettuce on the order. Something as simple as that they couldn’t even be bothered to do. It’s a hard pass for me at this location moving forward. Very disappointing.

Visit from 12/7/25…walked in and they were not busy at all, no line at all. Food serving area was gross like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, EVERY single table was dirty with food, receipts, napkins, the floor was very messy. We used to love this Chipotle but it has gone to the dogs.

2.5 stars. The food was tasty, portion size good. But it was a messy place, had to clean my own table, the trash bins overflowing. I noticed that the server, when removing an empty tray, dripped some water into the new tray. That’s pretty gross. Counter very messy. Somehow the food was good, but this restaurant needs a major hygiene overhaul, definitely hire more staff to show some CARE and PRIDE in this restaurant. Keep it clean!!! 2.5 stars because the food still tasted good and good portion size. Everything else was messy and chaotic. Servers were ‘ok’ but definitely could be more cheerful and take easy more pride in the appearance of the restaurant!

The food is good but the consistency is always way off. One day food is good, the next its very very spicy over normal.
The cashier seems to always be the weakest link. The day I went she would walk off with a packed house. Then come back 5 min later with chip bags and forget she was checking people out. You pay then she would forget you paid for chips.

Employees Rushed us out the door. Didn’t even ask us if we wanted a drink or chips with dip. Charged us an extra dollar thirty for queso we didn’t even get. I came in with my husband and son. They made my husband food perfectly but when it can to my burrito the didn’t even finish wrapping it. I asked them to double wrap it like they did my husband’s and the completely refused to acknowledge my request. For 2 burritos this visit was $23 total but last week upon my visit it was $17 for just one. Idk what is going on but definitely not anything good.

This Chipotle’s is the one closest to my mom’s. In past they often ran out of fajita veggies, but these days better managed. Staff has always been super sweet. Never stay to eat there so not sure about atmosphere—I always prefer garden spaces outside with trees for shade. Hard to offer that in that location.

I have no idea what they put in my order but it’s not at all what I ordered. I ordered steak and received some weird orange gunk covered white meat- they didn’t add the salsas I asked for but did add toppings that I did not order. Not at all what I asked for or paid for. Why did you substitute my protein for a lesser costing protein without telling me? The combo of flavors you decided to randomly throw together tastes bad.

Very poor job of serving customers. I walk in, place the order and the associate doesn’t seem to care. Got the order wrong along with a missing burrito on the side that was requested! Appalling service!
The least you can do is to listen to customers, and acknowledge them for the food being so ordered.

This location has the worst employees I’ve come across in Charlottesville. They were extremely rude, the food looked day old, guac was brown, and not a single clean table in the place. They definitely need a health department visit.

I ordered double protein (1x steak + 1x chicken) and I got less than a single serving of protein in my burrito bowl. This was a pickup order, and when I opened the burrito bowl at home, I could not believe my eyes – the bowl was half empty (see the attached photo). The quesadilla was tiny and tasted nothing but the tortilla. This was the worst chitpole order I had. I used to eat at this location quite often, but I am not coming back.
