after a literally terrible evening all i wanted was chipotle and this is what i got for my pickup order. yall cannot be forreal. i paid for extra chicken on both my bowls and got probably half a scoop on each. literally like no beans. clumpy rice. no veggies. missing a large order of chips and queso. like be so forreal people. if you aren’t going to do the work to have the food to properly serve customers until you close then close earlier bc this is bs.

I went in and ordered off their new protein menu. They looked at me like I was crazy, and were rude for no reason. The person making my food was new, and I totally understand that, but the manager who came to help was so rude. I was nice the entire time, I even showed them what I was talking about on the chipotle website and she got an attitude. I told her how to make it and I told her it was okay. I paid and the person that rung me up was nice as well. As I was leaving I could hear her talking crap about me for no reason. This place is 2 stars for a reason. Definitely not going back. I’ll just continue to go to the other chipotle

Extremely disappointed. Lack of customer service & basic human sense. I asked for a chicken quesadilla for my child & they refused to make me one. Only if I ordered via the app. So I sat there, while my toddler screamed and then they glared at me the whole time I ate. When we finally got our food, the chicken was burned. There was barely any cheese in our quesadilla. The restaurant was not clean. I’m just disappointed all in all.

Good food and good service, typical Chipotle. I only gave it 4 stars becusse we have had mixed experiences since it opened a few months ago. The last 2 times we have been, it is clean and the food was well stocked. BTW: Much better than the other one in Harrisonburg..

Horrible service and staff attitude, always out of main sides, chips are old, guacamole is rarely available and if it’s there it’s dark and disgusting.
Very disappointed in this location.

Whoever the lady was that was making my bowl on Feb 17th night shift scowled when she heard she needed to take an order. Proceeded to give me the least amount of chicken I’ve seen in a bowl. I wanted to ask if she was joking but decided I’d just write a review. Separate lady who worked cashier was nice though.

I got a rice bowl. The food was dry and old, most of the toppings were out and they didn’t put extra of the rest of what they had in stock when I asked. Really disappointed with this location the location on reservoir does an amazing job.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I was so excited when it opened because I work within walking distance; however, they are ALWAYS out of something. The first time they were out of black beans, and the next time I went to order online for my office and they were out of chicken, steak and carnitas all at the same time. The last time I was there they were out of cilantro which affects the whole taste of your meal. Today I went in to order and they were out of white rice. I have been pretty patient up to this point but today I walked out and did not order. I really wish someone would take some pride in this store and step up to lead it properly.

Ordered double chicken and only received 1 serving. Guacamole was not fresh. No forks included in the togo and none of the chips were fully cooked. Surprisingly better off going to the one closer to the university.
