Paid $20 for steak and rice when I ordered so much more. Is it really that hard to put lettuce, corn, and cheese in a bowl. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened to me and I’m done with the laziness. Do not order out from here they will forget to add things.

The crew at this location is awesome. We were being picky about our sour cream and they were very accommodating. One gentleman in particular actually seemed to be enjoying himself (how refreshing). He was very pleasant, the food was great, and we won’t hesitate to drop into this location in the future.

Saw some lower ratings so I thought I would leave a positive review for this location. We came here yesterday evening and this was a great quick stop. The food was delicious, fresh, and warm, just what we needed during a long roadtrip. Our order was prepared quickly for pick-up. Staff was friendly and polite, we noticed the dining area was clean when we went inside. Thank you to the staff! 🙂

Tonight my husband and I ate at Chipotle in Harrisonburg VA.
It was very busy, and although there were many employees on site, only one person was actually working (fulfilling the orders, packaging them, communicating with the cashier.)

Poor customer service. The staff does not speak to you, they just stare at you until you speak to them. The restaurant was so dirty, there was no where to sit. Do not recommend.

– they were entirely out of both flavors of Tabasco sauce
– They had cheese all over the guac. I can’t eat cheese, so I asked the associate to please make sure they are careful to avoid scooping cheese into my bowl. She gave me an attitude and it made me frustrated and also uncomfortable. She made a partial effort but I still had to sift through and pull some pieces of cheese out of my guac before I ate my food.

– 2 of 4 lemonade options were empty. It was only 7pm

Portions were way smaller than any other Chipotle than I have EVER been to, got a bowl, burrito and kids meal barely any meat, rice or anything in both burrito or bowl. I also got salsa and chips, the chips were stale as all get out. I was told I would be charged an “up charge” for a cup of shredded cheese when you can get that and as well as the salsas, lettuce and any “free” topping extra for FREE! Customer service on the line was awful and they were talking about other customers and what they hate them doing and such in front of current customers. I do have to say that the young man that rung me up was very nice. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle.

Staff was not prepared at opening. It took them around 10 minutes to start service for 3 of us waiting in line. I also never saw one smile out of 5 staff members. They were decent but seemed irritated. Food was mid. It was clean and the sweet lady making food was extremely polite and patient.

This is my second time purchasing from this establishment, and unfortunately, I’ve had disappointing experiences both times. During my first visit, they did not have guacamole or romaine lettuce available, yet I was still charged full price for a veggie burrito. When I asked if they could add extra rice or beans to make up for the missing ingredients, they refused.
Today, February 15, 2026, I placed two veggie burrito orders. The romaine lettuce was wilted and brown, and the guacamole was also brown and clearly not fresh. I had to remove both the lettuce and guacamole from the burritos because they were not suitable to eat. As a result, I wasted another $20 on food that did not meet basic quality standards.
Given these repeated issues and the condition of the ingredients, I believe a refund is warranted.

Just got here and the inside is filthy, workers cursing behind counter, out of sour cream and putting rotten lettuce on peoples foods?! Sir you clearly saw the soppy shriveled lettuce soaking in brown water and you just put on the food?!?! Needs new management !!! Who’s running this place!
