Most times there is a line but it goes fast, usually I can get my order in and out in 2 minutes. The quality is good and always a place for a good chips and salsa. It’s definitely gotten better but sometimes the chips can be soggy but not all the time. Good place still.

There is an older lady that works the front area with rice and protein. My first time coming to this location she scooped the white rice to place in my burrito and used her hand to only allow half the scoop of rice. I thought that was very odd then we moved down to the protein and she did it again. I was so confused why I only receive a half a scoop of each or why she thought it was appropriate to stick her hands on every scoop without changing gloves to the customers behind me. I paid $18 for a burrito, bag of chips and queso but it was only half the amount of rice and protein. I do not get any other toppings so it’s not that my burrito was too full. I was upset that it cost that amount and only recieved half the food I do at other locations. A few months later, I thought I would try this location again and without a doubt it happened again. This time instead of using her hand to only give me half the protein, she picked up the scoop and shook half of it off. I will not be returning to this location.

Apparently because they are “too busy” they are only taking online orders. Not a single person in line, and a table of three sitting and eating. Also, I’d like to say that I can understand how sometimes work can get busy but both women working the front had attitudes telling my husband and I that we couldn’t order at the counter. We proceeded to sit and place the order online. Then someone else walked in and had an attitude again with the customers. It’s just pathetic that they are wiping down tables and restocking salsa cups, not filling a single order while we sit and order. I wouldn’t have thought twice about this, but the rudeness of the staff is disappointing. Take it up with your manager if you’re unhappy with your working conditions, not your customers.

When I got there they literally had no food. The person behind the counter told me that before I ordered. No steak no brisket, no fajita veggies, she had to go get rice. Even though it was close to closing time which they changed it was still bad. Then for two bowls it was $25. It had been a while since I had gotten Chipotle and for those prices it’s going be a very long time before going back. Really disappointed

Went early and was the first/second in line. 1 worker making what I assumed was online orders 2nd bypassed and went to take the 3rd persons order I spoke up and she came back to me with attitude. Slopped the guac in the cup with it spilling over and not cleaning. I wasnt offered a receipt and the guac was green and brown. Overall not happy with food or employees. Do not recommend.

READ THE OTHER RECENT REVIEWS. We just saw the 4 stars and thought it would be fine. This is a sub-par Chipotle! Super gristly chicken, frequently out of things, and it seems like they are trying to skimp and squeeze every penny out of you to the point of a regular bag of chips having only one handful in them. Customer service is okay, but not good. Go somewhere else! After this we aren’t coming back to this particular one.

The weekly grocery shopping this October Saturday was early enough that we were able to treat ourselves to a lunch. We chose here because our last few experiences have been good. This day’s visit was no different. At around twelve there was not much business so we were immediately able to order. The brand new counter person was respectful and pleasant. She was able to answer my questions of what each of the meats were. I chose the roast beef that had a smoky flavor, Barbacoa, I believe. With our burritos we got the chips and mild salsa. We opted for ice water so the total was around $20. Tables were clean. Bathroom was clean. Food was good but we wish the ingredients were spread more evenly. Probably just the process of putting them together on a line. We love the chips. Fresh cooked with a taste of lime. Salsa was spot on. Recommend. We’ll go again.
