The pickup process was smooth, the staff was helpful and courteous, and the food was prepared very well—fresh, accurate, and exactly as ordered. Everything about the service and food quality makes this a location I would continue to frequent.
The only reason I didn’t give this a full five stars is due to parking. Depending on the time of day, available spots can be limited, which can make quick pickup a bit more challenging.
Overall, a solid and reliable Chipotle with great service and well-prepared food.
However.. my family’s orders wasn’t so great.
Employees were willing to NOT serve a kid’s meal at all due to them not having the container to fit the food in, they had to use a container for the burrito bowl and just threw some rice and beans in there. No apology, no nothing. They were willing to straight up refuse to serve it to my family. Ridiculous. Employees clearly need training. You cannot deny something that customers are willing to pay for like bro, no.
My family and I never have problems here, service is always efficient and timely, but no today was just not it.
After paying for my food, I asked for a cup of water, which I do every time I dine in. I was told they did not have water cups. Normally, when this happens, staff will offer a small plastic cup or try to find an alternative. This time, no effort was made at all to help me, which meant I couldn’t comfortably eat my meal in the restaurant.
When I explained the situation, Erik stepped in and repeatedly said “no” instead of trying to find a solution. I even mentioned that I was considering canceling my order, and rather than attempting to resolve the issue or keep a loyal customer, he was willing to cancel it and throw the food in the trash.
I also told Erik that I planned to leave a review about this experience, and he made it clear that he did not care. As a regular customer, this was frustrating and disappointing. Erik’s behavior showed a complete lack of customer service and made me feel like my loyalty meant nothing. This experience left me with the impression that this location does not value or care about its regular customers. Erik clearly needs serious customer service training.
Immediately opened the bag at the restaurant and to my surprise was left with 3 partially filled hard tacos. This isn’t my first time ordering this order but don’t usually order from this location. I was shocked to say the least. I wasn’t going to complain but rather post my review explaining my disappointment. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location. And if this is the proportions I receive from other locations, I am going to stop going to Chipotle. This is not acceptable.
** PSA — Be careful in this parking lot though, for the love of all that is good- the lot is a shared lot between several stores within the same strip and a Chick-fil-a is near, making people drive insanely. Be careful, don’t speed (especially when turning into or out of the parking lot), and just stay alert; stay patient. The lot is a little small, but each time I’ve been there have been spots open. It’s next to three other places that, like Chipotle, have mostly to-go orders, so parking spots aren’t occupied long.
I do think that the burrito gets packed mostly with rice more than anything else. I’m okay with it, it’s just something to note.
The place was clean, and there were many people dining in.
