Went to get food and was the only person in line other than a person ahead of me getting multiple items. Understandable. The problem comes when there are multiple team members standing around and just allowing a customer to awkwardly just stand there without any acknowledgement. No we will be right with you, we will be with you shortly, just acting like I was not there. Yes, you have to attend to the customer you are helping, but a head nod, a smile, a carrier pigeon, anything to show that the customer is valued is critically important to maintain the integrity of the business. I left. I am learning to spend my money where I am wanted! I don’t go to Chipotle often anymore and I think I am going to stay with that trend. In the past I spent hundreds annually. These days, I may get two bowls a year! I don’t know the future of my relationship with Chipotle, because service is important

Overall my experience here was fine. The food tasted fine but the 6 containers we had were all squished into one small bag. This was super disappointing because the containers all got crushed and some of the food spilled out. Also, the dressing that I got basically spilled entirely out all over the containers. I’m not sure why they couldn’t figure out that we would need a bigger bag but it was super upsetting. Overall disappointed in my experience at this location.

Road To Recovery With You
The first person that greeted me did a great normal job of giving me what I selected, the pico was old after seeing it in my bowl, I work in customer service so everything is fine up to there, but when I went to pay that’s where the problem occurred. I don’t know if it was the manager that helped me because he was ordering people around, but when I went to pay the credit card option I hit decline because I was going to pay in cash, the manager tells me the total and I’m going into my wallet to grab the cash he keeps yelling out cash cash like hold on, I’m grabbing it I had to tell him to hold on, he was extremely rude seemed young which makes no excuse for it, then proceeds to drop the change on the counter. Bad experience but just shows you anyone can get a job and have any title without being qualified for it.

Shockingly poor quality food delivered:

1. Burrito not fully wrapped in foil or tortilla, tortilla dry and crunchy, tortilla torn apart.
2. Burrito not fully wrapped in tortilla
3. Double chicken Burrito bowl crushed, missing second portion of chicken.
4. Caritas Burrito bowl crushed missing most of carnival

I took the Burrito that was most offensive to the store. The store manager begrudgingly refunded the money after initially denying that they were responsible for the quality, suggesting the delivery person was responsible. After refunding the food cost, there is the delivery and service fee delta. I suggested he issue a gift card for the delta, and he denied having gift cards. Sure.
The moral of the story is that without acknowledging a quality issue, I am hesitant to believe there will be improvements. Also, if a customer is inspired to show up after a delivery of your unsatisfactory products, you should probably do your level best to remedy the situation, because they are most certainly going to be inspired to share their experience.

Usual go to when we need something quick. Food is reliable and consistent. Kids usual get the carnitas since it’s not spicy.

Pick up is also a nice option when you’re in a rush so that you can skip the line during the busy hours.

Honestly I’m only writing this review because my daughter asked me to. The service was ok but the way the lady wrapped my burrito was just jaw dropping like do yall even teach workers how to wrap a burrito? Burrito was a ball and I only got rice, beans, chicken on it. I promised myself I would never go back to chipotle again because this isn’t just this store but the entire chain. Not sure what management has to do but do something.

Giving me this much of vinaigrette sauce should be unacceptable. And having me wait at the front for being served is also unacceptable when the worker seen me walk in and was in the lobby. Didn’t apologize or anything. If anything the lady in the kitchen apologized. Also the lettuce looked old it wasn’t fresh AT ALL which is why I didn’t even get it. And I usually get lettuce. Do not come here

I arrived at this restaurant to pick up my order at about 8:50pm. I had to wait over 12 minutes for 1 bowl to be prepared. There was 3 ladies behind the counter and I had to wait forever as if my time didn’t matter. I asked 2 times “how long for my order” and kept being told 2 minutes. This is unacceptable and very disturbing.
Do better or go home.
