I stopped by here since my wife was in the mood and it was convenient.
I was incredibly disappointed by how stingy this location was as I felt that I needed to ask for extra of the sides I normally get just to get a spoon’s worth. In the end after having asked for extra of everything my bowl ended up being the normal size as everywhere else without needing to ask for extra.
Even when scooping the guac they went through the effort of leaving air at the bottom of the container on top of scooping out a depression on top.
Edit: I left this review before I started eating. The steak was incredibly dry and crumbly. Not worth it all around.

It’s Chipotle so the food is standard, but the service was very good. The receptionist in our company ordered catering but entered the wrong time. The restaurant manager directed the kitchen to expedite the order and they helped me load my car so that the food was in the office on time for the conference lunch break. Her helpfulness is unusual for fast food. We were very grateful.

I was very disappointed with the portion sizes of my recent order. The amount of food provided was extremely small for the price, specifically the chicken, which amounted to barely half a spoonful. This did not meet the expectations of a full meal. I’d appreciate it if you could look into your portion control or offer a resolution for this experience.

Rude staff, poor quality food, and bad customer service
-the Trifecta! I got a burrito and the chicken was cold and had no seasoning that I could taste. I was trying to power through it so I took more than one bite. The only manager on staff on Wednesday nov 6th at 12pm was clearly not fit to serve customers. The rest of the staff is also rude and dismissive. Many team members kept opening the bag and trying to shame me for eating it. Like I am going through all of this to get a free half of burrito is insane. I left it there because they refused to remake it. I went to chic fil a next door where the service is much better.
Look at the reviews for this location, this chipotle really stinks.
Also, the manager refused to give me her name to put in my email to corporate. She was very confident that refusal of service was the best route, but not confident enough to give her name? The gaul. Also, the other employees coming out to make the situation worse is the cherry on top.

I know this is a mall location the food quality is very inconsistent and portions are small, my most recent visit I asked for extra rice and it was still a sad amount of rice. Some of the rice was fresh but some was hard, perhaps it was all mixed together? Gross. At this point it’s honestly worth driving to another location a few minutes away for a much better experience.

Im a tourist. It was my 2nd time trying Chipotle again after 5 yrs so I was not familiar w every option that they have. I asked the staff for their recommendation but they didn’t answer and i felt like I was being judge not knowing what to put in my bowl. Portion size was very less also comparing w the other branch I tried.
Taste wise is still good as I remember. Just hoping that the portion size will be better next time and kindly put labels on the ingredient cos not everyone is familiar w everything

I recently visited this Chipotle with my partner, and we had a very uncomfortable and homophobic experience. We encountered two staff members: the tall cashier and the order taker who had earrings. Both of them avoided eye contact, and made us feel unwelcome. When I went back to ask for a to-go bag and lid the both looked at each other starting laughing at me, clearly displaying homophobia.This isn’t the first time the same guys have done this to me and my partner but I brushed it off the last time. Additionally, the tables were dirty, which further contributed to our negative experience. Overall, this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and demoralized and I will never recommend this chipotle to anyone.

I Walk To The Line And The Workers Was Just Talking And Not Even Looking At Me. It Took 5min Until They Served Me. The Food Was Alright Until I Saw That It Was Not New It Might Been Old. I Felt It Dry And Not A Great Taste. The Table Was Also Not Wipe Down And When I Ask For A Bag A Person That Work There Look At Me Up And Down Laughing. I’m a loyal Chipotle customer, but this location (Tyon Cornet Mall, McLean, VA) is by far the worst I’ve visited. The food was overwhelmingly salty to the point of being inedible. The service was rude and unprofessional—staff spoke poorly and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. To make matters worse, the tables and dining area were filthy, with no effort made to clean up. This location clearly has zero standards for quality or customer service. I will not be returning until management steps up and fixes these issues.
