Walked in at 10:50 am. I watched one employee ask the cook if there was more steak. He said no. But when I ordered the employee did not question anything she scooped three little pieces of steak into the bowl. The other employees were talking and laughing so loudly I could barely communicate with the single employee that was taking orders. They charged me full price for the steak even after i asked why. The chicken was burnt to a crisp and not even edible. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
One employeee was ordering food for himself but kept coming back to the counter while I was trying to check out and making the cashier assist him instead of completing our transaction. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Terrible customer service. Small portion sizes. The manager there is a total jerk Jose Aleman who cares more about selling more products than he does about the customers who frequent the business. Gives incorrect information and does not honor Chipotle promotions. My family and I went in for a BOGO promotion being offered today. My kids checked out and they rang up our 6 bowls together. The total was $78. I asked if it took account the promotion since it seemed high. The cashier replied yes. I looked at the receipt and it wasn’t reflected. After waiting 45 min to order, the manager(Jose) said they were too busy and if we wanted the promotion, had to be wrung up separately and we would have to wait in line again even though our food was sitting on the counter. He said I needed to read the fine print of the promotion. I tried to show him that the email clearly stated that we could have up to 5 free items on the order but he blew me off. Bottom line, dont waste your time or money at this location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to wow me with their delicious, healthy menu of wonderful salads, bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, guacamole, queso blanco, tortilla chips, and more!!! Kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and honest staff work at this location which serves a large number of customers each day. I ordered the following salad and was very happy with how it was prepared:

Extra Chicken ($3.75), Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette, Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Brown Rice
It was yummy, nutritious, and satisfying. Chipotle is doing an excellent job of providing great food to its customers at a reasonable cost. I was given a generous amount of chicken! I highly recommend ordering an extra serving of protein to help keep you full. In fact, my bowl was filled to the brim and they really do give you your money’s worth. I’m incredibly grateful and have much respect for their company. ❤️

I had a terrible experience today with a Chipotle employee who was serving rice, chicken, and beans. She was making fun of customers and didn’t give them enough time to choose from the menu. When a customer went back to her again, she made fun of them with the other employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. The spanish employee there was so rude. She served me literally three pieces of chicken when I asked for more she said you want double protein I said no normal and she stared at my soul. I don’t often write reviews but had to this time. I was traveling and after a eight hour ride I wanted my parents to have a good meal and they literally killed our mood. After taking my our food with small portions we dinned in and they kept staring at us and giving us looks. The manager should actually work on the staff and service as the previous reviews say the same thing. If you can’t handle your own store don’t buy it in the first place. Literally spoiled my first time experience in Virginia.

Terrible establishment. Burned food to the point it felt like cardboard. Plus it was spit on the side of my bag my food was placed in. It was dark when I left the establishment and did not notice until I got home. I reached out to them immediately to see if they could check their cameras to see how the spit got on the side of my bag but no response. I got a email saying they were to look into it. But nothing else. They never even addressed the food being burned to death and inedible. I was hoping it was a mistake, maybe they picked up a bag, that was not cleaned, I am not sure what happened. I did not want to go to social media but I have to warn the public. There are other Chipotle that are not this nasty. This location needs to be shutdown. I am going to call the health department and report them ASAP!

Chipotle has gone downhill – from fighting for fair portions even with double meat, to finding hair and bones in my food. I’m done with chipotle. Found two large hairs in my food, attempted to call the store and was greeted by an automated system that told me to basically email. Reached out to support and was given ChatGPT answers with no real help. Wild that I paid $45 for two burritos to get hairs and throw them away. Avoid chipotle.

The food here is way too salty. The beans are at times under-cooked. The guac often is not mixed well, and typically has big chunks of unmashed avocado (once I got an entire half of an avocado that looked like it had not been touched at all – no exaggeration). And sometimes you will find a piece of steak or chicken in a veggie bowl, so if you are a serious vegetarian, beware.
