This location is consistently problematic. I’m a very regular Chipotle customer, living closest to this location. I have tried to visit twice in the last week but left both times without food because they were out one of the four ingredients I order with my meal. In recent months I have experienced additional ingredient outages and have had delivery orders arrive incorrectly (which brings up another issue – the app is useless when order issues occur).
Strangely (or not), I haven’t experienced similar issues at other local Chipotles. I have tried to submit feedback to this location directly, but there is not an easy way to do so.

This is by far the worst Chipotle in the entire area. Today I ordered a bowl, and the young employee served what appeared to be a normal portion of chicken. When I got to the register, the supervisor/manager (woman) told the cashier to charge me for extra chicken without asking me. I immediately told her that I did not order extra chicken.
She aggressively grabbed my bowl from the tray, threw it in the trash, and made me a new one “her way,” with barely any chicken. I had to repeatedly ask her to add the rest of the ingredients, and she did so with a very bad attitude. At that point, I had already paid. When I told her I was going to file a complaint, she said she didn’t care.
On top of that, she humiliated the young employee on the line by speaking to him harshly in Spanish, in front of customers. The cashier later told me it was his first day on the job.
This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The service here is consistently poor. Corporate management should seriously address this and properly train their staff in customer service. The behavior at this location is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful.

I had gone to chipotle today 11/28/25 with my little cousin to get food for her and her mom. The workers did not make us feel welcomed as I could tell they were laughing at us and making fun of us in their language. They continued to laugh and stare at us even after we payed. They made us feel uncomfortable and I wish workers had more empathy for others and not making customers feel stupid.

first and foremost, asked for a bowl with chicken they proceeded to give Four pieces of chicken, which was all undercooked and felt like I was chewing on a rubber band The workers seemed like they did not want to be there, which I understand but it just made the whole interaction, even more aggravating. Funny thing is they did not let me get even a little bit of more chicken when I asked.

Yikes came here at 9:30 pm and the young lady working informed me they only had brown rice and chicken, and no guac. Provided no reasoning as to why that’s all they had. The food there looked old and dry, I politely declined and went elsewhere. Disappointing experience

I’ve been coming here for a couple years because of its proximity to my work and it’s consistently getting worse and worse. The customer service has gone from good to very sub par and the food is following suit. Portion sizes, especially of meat choices, are laughable compared to other chipotles. Also, it’s NEVER clean. There’s always trash on the floor. I took these pictures during a very slow time business wise and it’s unacceptable. The employees are mainly high school/college age kids and obviously don’t give a care about the quality and cleanliness. The owner of this franchise needs to do some serious re-staffing.

Staff seems nonchalant, doesn’t smile, especially a Latino manager with a beard is extremely rude and unfriendly, refuses to give your order. Very bad experience at this store. I’d love for the staff to be replaced

I got a rice bowl 30 mins before closing. And when i went to my car to eat I noticed the rice was not cooked it’s basically raw. I talked to one of the staff and she said “ you can come tomorrow to talk with the manager” i gave her the bowl and didn’t get any refund or replacement. I came a day after, she wasn’t there. I talked to another person and he was like “she’s not supposed to do that, and the manager is not here”!!
I’m wondering how she not supposed to do that, and wondering when exactly the manager will be there”??? They took my raw bowl without refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience.
