I had a really unpleasant experience at this Chipotle. I ordered the red (hot) salsa with sour cream, but they added the green (medium) salsa instead. When I politely said that wasn’t what I asked for, the employee immediately got annoyed. The cashier and another employee nearby were giving us side-eye, which made it very uncomfortable.
When they remade my order, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller, which felt intentional. This isn’t a one-time issue—every time my boyfriend and I come to this location, the staff is rude and unwelcoming. Customer service here really needs improvement. You can see in the picture the portion is so small even though i paid extra 7$ for portion

Went to Chipotle because I know my kids will get some veggies with their meals. We found plenty of parking available on a busy Sunday afternoon. My chicken burrito bowl hit the spot. This location has a small dining area but we found a place to sit easily.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a bowl from Chipotle to my workplace, and when I opened it, I found a long strand of hair melted into the cheese. I was literally pulling it out of the food , it was so gross I couldn’t even eat it. I ended up having to throw the entire thing away and get lunch somewhere else. This is basic hygiene, there’s no excuse for serving food like that. Will not be coming back or ordering from this location again. Totally unacceptable and honestly just nasty. Do better, Chipotle.

Today I went to Chipotle Today I found a long hair in my food and it was disgusting, oh my god. From what I can see, they don’t tie their hair up, but if they do, they have to wear a hat, which is for the kitchen, please. And it’s not good that they don’t tie their hair back, and the customers don’t want that. I admit the place is good, the food is good, but I didn’t like that they don’t tie up their long hair. They should wear a special hat for the kitchen. I don’t like that and in the Plato is a bowl, but it’s awful, and they gave me some measly chips even though I was hungry. But I do recommend this place.

Avoid this location.
The BIGGEST TRESPASS a food service employee can make is being unsanitary. Upon arriving at the register at my exact pickup time only to wait longer for my order, an employee emerged from the restroom with trash bags in hand.
Waiting to open the barricade he had set in the hallway so he could throw it away, I moved to let him through.
However, this meant that he would sacrifice proper behavior for the opportunity to clock out ASAP by carrying those bags right through the kitchen & past all the prep space & food immediately. This whilst there was STILL a line of people to be served.
Proper behavior for example is disposing of the trash right before leaving that night. Placing the bags behind the barricade & out of sight since the RR was closed anyway would have worked just fine.
Pros:
+ Chips had the correct amount of lime & salt
+ Lots of parking
Cons:
– Unsanitary conditions
– Pickup order was not ready on time. It was made and sat with several other bags (open) at the register instead of being placed on the shelves for Quick & Convenient pickup as appropriate
– Incorrect rice was given making my order 7/8 correct rather than perfect.
– Location was not well kept (see photo)
– Not a single employee wore a mask (We don’t care whether you’re vaccinated or not, or if your state/company doesn’t require it. Holidays are here, COVID cases WILL spike)
– Even though chips had the flavor down unlike many other Chipotle’s in the area, they were oily.

Firstly, I’ve never been moved to write a review on anything as you can see by my account, that’s how horrible this place is.
I’ve ordered from this chipotle multiple times and would recommend anyone in the vicinity to avoid it at all costs. This is the third (and last) time that I’ve received food either in pick up or delivery which had no protein in it whatsoever.
I paid EXTRA money for additional protein, and in return received none, and was given a rice and bean sour cream soup. (Attached picture is the ‘meal’ I was given).
I’m not the only one who thinks this about this place, and it’s sad. I hope Chipotle starts listening to people in the area, because this location has comparable quality, care, and management to your local fast food. In fact, I’d recommend finding a McDonald’s, as at least they put some semblance of protein in your meal when you pay for it.
The lack of respect for customers, the blatant disregard by anyone accountable for treating customers like dogs is crazy, and I, much like the others who wrote reviews, certainly won’t be going here anymore.

So very disappointed with this experience. Every staff member we encountered was rude. I felt like every request down the line was an imposition. Additionally, this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle’s I’d been to, but we did head there at 1:30pm, so they may not have had time to clean up after the lunch rush. Guac was on the brown side which is rare to see at Chipotle so I was a little surprised by that. Dip was still good and most of it seemed fresh minus the fact that either the lettuce or corn was so cold, some seemed frozen. Gluten free/vegetarian/vegan friendly!
