This location needs to shut down or fire everyone that works there. They used some OFF BRAND rice that tasted like ROCKS and this made me sick for days. As someone who just transferred to this university, it’s a shame a restaurant like this that used off brand products is allowed to be here. Chipotle at Johnson Center is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves fresh and delicious Mexican food. The workers are friendly and attentive, always making sure your order is customized to your liking. The service is excellent, with minimal wait times even during peak hours. The food is of the highest quality, with a variety of tasty toppings and sauces to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend Chipotle at Johnson Center for its outstanding service, delicious food, and friendly workers.

Placed an order almost an hour early just to come and see that it was never made. Waited half an hour after the order was suppose to be picked up to remind them about the order. Was ignored when I tried to bring it up until I was one of the last customers in.

They literally give you less than a tablespoon serving of whatever you choose to get. I got a bowl and compared to other chipotle locations like Springfield Mall, they don’t even fill half your chipotle bowl here. Since it’s students working you’d think they understand you struggle as college students and give you an actual decent serving. I asked for a side of corn too and it was frozen corn . First and last time I’ll ever get chipotle at Mason.

I am a senior at Mason and have been going to this Chipotle for ~4 years. The food is great and comparable to other Chipotle locations but the portions are absolutely not. This Chipotle ALWAYS skimps on the portions. The bowls are never filled to the sides and the burritos are usually just a bit larger then something you’d get at a Taco Bell. I love the Chipotle taste so I still dine here, but every time I feel like I’ve wasted my money. If management reads this please talk to your staff about proper portioning. I myself work at a food franchise and know that every menu item has a specific portion of ingredients it is supposed to get, this Chipotle is not hitting those amounts. This location has a notorious reputation around campus for skimping, which is a shame because the food is great. Fix this issue and I am sure your customer count will increase!

I can’t belive I had to wait 1 hour in the line. This schipottle needs to train people. They have a huge demand and people have to wait a reduculous amout of time. The worst if all is that you get 12 pieces of schiken 2 amall spoons of rice. The green Peter on my bowl was already Brown. I put a scoop on my mouth and almost thew up. Never going there again.

When I thought the food in the JC couldn’t get any worse. I feel like none of the student staff in any of the restaurants know what their doing. The girl making my burrito put not even a half spoonful of rice or chicken on it. Literally paid full price for the smallest burrito ever made in a chipotle. Idk what these employees are being told to save their ingredients or whatever but just give people what they actually pay for.
