Ive been going here for years and it was nice until some girl with purple hair made this rude face and rolled her eyes at me because i accidentally forgot to add something. I asked nicely and the bowl wasn’t even closed yet. I felt very disrespected and prob won’t be going back..

Inflexible. The kid’s quesadilla meal has three dividers for toppings, which are normally easy to fill. My kid wants: “Cheese, Rice, Green Salsa.” Not hard! Not extra meat or guac! This Chipotle insists that they have to be specific ones, which are not the ones he wants. Have to pay extra to get his requested sides rather than substituting for ones he declined.
This Chipotle also was stacked high with regular size sides of chips. No kid size sides. “Would he like an orange, or would you like to buy the regular size.” Did not offer his drink. Had to go back and ask for a cup.
Difficult. Inflexible. Long Lines, waited over half an hour our bad experience while they juggled customers and mobile orders.
Don’t. Go.
To Chipotle Corporate that replied on the thread. I have attempted reaching out about kids’ quesadilla meal inflexibility before. No meaningful change. No meaningful response. I’d appreciate Chipotle CORPORATE fixing the issue rather than CANNED bot responses that lead nowhere. It’s a combination of training local outlets for flexibility and setting up kids meals flexibility ordering at local restaurants and in the app.

NORTH: Huge portions. McDonalds is awful with nominal quantity of food. Chipolte is healthier too. Parking a bit too tight but better than S. SALISBURY. Some of the female servers are disconnected from Earth. The guy on 2/16 had the energy and excitement necessary for a meal with confidence.

This store location has gone down the drain and its because of “managers” like Erika Vazquez. The only thing she “managed” was to have a power trip over chips and argue with me and another customer. Let’s go over it. Im in-store, order my food, ask for the chips… she smugly replies, they are for online orders only. Cool, I get my food, sit down and order the chips online, when my order time is up, I walk up, and she refuses to give me the chips. Mind you, already paid online, cant give me a refund… its 3 bucks not a big deal, but its the principal, says I have to request a refund online… again. All this while I’m looking at the chips. Then proceeded to have people start hiding the chips in the back. While smirking at me thru the glass… A lot of effort to have a power trip over a 3 dollar bag of chips. Roger or the Big Tattoo guy at the Southside Salisbury location should take over the Northside and teach them how to run a location. Erika enjoy your chips, I imagine that is all you actually control in this world.

Block all my emails from writing reviews if you want and I’ll keep making more. Time after time this location never fails with their massive disappointment and at this point I don’t even know why I’m surprised. My boyfriend ordered a bowl tonight and got all of his toppings on the side. They then tried to charge us for each topping as a separate side. That’s not how that works. And then the gentleman paying for his food in front of us and asked for a water cup and they told him, no we don’t do water cups…… since when??? Y’all wanna charge for water now to? Stingy rude disrespectful.

Oh boy… This location is pretty hit or miss. Some days, the food is perfect with everything you ordered. Other days… the food is missing things you ordered and paid for. However, my larger complaint is the mobile ordering pickup process. I don’t really understand the point of having a pick up shelf and an app that directs customers to that shelf but then… keeping all the mobile orders behind the counter and having customers come through the line to speak to a team member to pick up, or to stand around waiting until a team member notices them and asks if they’re picking up a mobile order.

I came into chipotle at this destination across from the mall to grab dinner for my family my daughter only eats chicken rice corn and cheese so I asked for 3 scoops of corn in my bowl. I was told “I can give u on scoop of corn but for another scoop it would be charged as a “extra side” I personally have worked at the rehoboth beach location EVERY SUMMER for 5 years now. I know for a fact that veggies have no extra cost of course we can’t give the whole container but someone who’s bowls has rice an a scoop of chicken is more then welcome to two-three scoops of corn so to be charged for extra corn in the bowl is crazy. I personally reached out to my supervisor at my store to ask if Salisbury rules are different then ours an she said “no leave a review at this point that’s bad customer service” I then asked for a manger name to leave a review an a black woman an a younger Mexican male both said “we can’t give out manger names for their safety” then the guy replied “omg I am the manger an we charge for extra scoops of veggies here” this was the first time in 6 years I’ve had a bad experience at a chipotle specially when I know the rules an regulations I paid for our meals an took photos of the crew members sent to my manger to send to the owner as I know he doesn’t accept this behavior from any of his locations.

I joined Chipotle Rewards for the first time today and ordered a BOGO Burrito Bowl. I was very excited and will say the BOGO deal definitely had a positive impact on the price. With that being said, when I entered this Chipotle in Salisbury, MD, I was not greeted. I placed my order using the app. I walked up to the cashier, a young Caucasian female, who never acknowledged me, because she was busy texting on her phone! One of her coworkers interrupted her and she walked away, came back and asked what did I need? I said I’m here to pick up an order and gave her my name, she yells out for another employee to get my order. If I had not ordered through the app…I would not have left a tip. I get home and my order was prepared with all the items I ordered but I wish they would have spread my veggies out instead of putting them in one corner of the bowl. The employees definitely need to to be trained in customer service! I also wish they had shrimp!

I visited this Chipotle location around 2:45 PM and stood waiting for about five minutes with at least five employees visible none of whom greeted or acknowledged me. I watched staff flipping old product onto new product before anyone came over to take my order.
When my order was finally made, I was charged for sour cream on the side, which has never happened before, and then told I could only have two 1 oz cups of honey vinaigrette with no option to pay for an additional one, even though I offered.
It’s frustrating when guests are willing to pay for something simple and are told it’s not allowed. Between the lack of acknowledgment, questionable food handling, and confusing policy, this visit was very disappointing compared to my usual Chipotle experiences.

Location is usually flawless in everything but cleanliness. I’ve often walked into tables covered in trash/ food and spills on the floor and I know that’s not the employees fault that they are short staffed but if corporate didn’t run things so lean, they would have a lobby person to help keep things more tidy. Employees get a 10 out of 10 though.
