Extremely disappointed with the experience today at chipotle both me and my fiancé came in and got an El Pastor bowl and a stake bowl that cost almost 35 dollars total for our bill and the high school student that was behind the line doing the bowls as you can tell barely put anything in there literally a scoop and a half of rice if that a small scoop of meat, a small handful of lettuce, a small little dollop of sour cream, barely any cheese normally these bowls are completely full and this is extremely disappointing. I would suggest not going here.

I placed an online order this evening totaling $40, INCLUDING a TIP for the staff so please hear me out. My food was cold, which isn’t even a problem because I was late picking it up and I’m fortunate enough to have a microwave.

The portions were ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. There was probably a total of 8-10 pieces of chicken in my bowl, but I guess that’s why they so kindly gave me extra beans to supplement?

The rations of chicken I did receive were dry and rubbery and TERRIBLY under seasoned. I’m actually furious and “pepper” the only support option was no help, and it’s too late on a school night for me to go back and speak with someone face to face but they will be hearing from me, it may not be tomorrow, it may not be this week but they WILL be hearing from me. Now let me continue.

I got chips and guacamole. Simple, always hits the spot right? Wrong. Not this time. Absolutely BLAND. Salt actually didn’t even help. Moving on.

For my son’s food, the bowl wasn’t even secured properly. It looks like someone was angry and just had such a firm grasp on it.

Now stay with me- this was not a 3rd party order. This was an order placed directly through chipotle and picked up by me myself, at chipotle. Dude I’m furious. I tried calling, it was a dead end.

While these may seem like minor problems, they’re not so minor with today’s economy. Because you’re meaning to tell me that I tipped HOURLY employees and they couldn’t put a LITTLE BIT of effort into assembling a very simple burrito bowl?

This experience has put such a bad taste in my mouth about chipotle, and if there’s a next time, I will be ordering third party so that I’m partially or full refunded for this nonsense.

The fact that I was so hungry I would’ve eaten anything but I had to force feed myself this blasphemy is sickening. I am angry.

Oh and lastly, who in their right mind puts the cheese on top of the lettuce? My 7 year old would have done a better job.

I’m not sure if anyone else has had this experience but I went to get Chipotle for dinner tonight. They were out of all the meats so I had to wait about 20 minutes but they had already prepared my bowls with rice, and one of the 3 were done, and they were just sitting there waiting for the other meat to be done. On top of that they literally put a small scoop of meat on every bowl which being in the industry I can tell you it was 2 oz or less of meat. They claim that they give 4 oz on each bowl but there’s no way. I also ordered a protein cup what’s it supposed to have 32 oz of protein. The cup was half full and so I asked them isn’t this supposed to be full and they said no. I took it home and measured it it ended up being 2.4 oz of meat which is about 14 to 15 oz of protein. Just wanted to point out that if you are expecting a proper portion of meat you’ll never get it. And their advertising is not true.

Honestly, very upset with my chipotle experience today. I ordered for pick up and I paid extra for double chicken just for my chicken to be burnt. It taste horrible it taste burnt and it taste salty and it’s hard and dry. I can’t even eat my bowl. It absolutely ruined my meal and it hurts extra, knowing that I paid for extra chicken just for it to all go to waste Not to mention the guac wasn’t even mashed all the way more than half of my small side of guac was just one big chunk of avocado. I would go back to the store to get my bowl remade but sadly, I’m not able to do that.

I’m vegetarian & ordered online. There was a meat piece on my bowl. Be careful when you order online. Don’t trust what you ordered, always double check. Customer service is not helpful either, you’re own your own. Good luck

This is the spot! They absolutely loaded both the bowl and burrito with protein and veggies. Fresh and delicious as well. This location opened up about three years ago and does include a drive through pick up lane for convenience. Definitely will be back again!

I rarely leave bad reviews but I am very dissatisfied with the portions. I’ve given Chipotle multiple chances, hoping it was just a one-off experience, but the trend hasn’t changed. At this point, I can’t justify spending my money here anymore. There are plenty of other places that offer better portions, better value, and better consistency.

I placed an online order for 12:30pm so I could quickly pick up my food during an 8-hour drive. I arrived at 12:45pm and my order wasn’t in the pickup area. After waiting several minutes, an employee came out and abruptly asked if we were waiting for an online order. When I said yes, they scolded me, saying orders haven’t been left in the pickup area “for a long time” and that customers need to go to the register instead.

This was my first visit to this location, there was no signage explaining this change, and the pickup shelves were still set up as if they were being used. A simple sign would have prevented the confusion.

The food was also disappointing. Portions were fine, but the guacamole was inedible due to unripe, hard avocado chunks. I had planned to eat inside, but the tables were so dirty that I ended up eating in my car instead. I am a vegetarian and there was a piece of steak in my bowl.

Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.

I cannot even begin to explain the level of disappointment I felt when I opened my Chipotle bowl this time around. Any other time, they get it right—I get a nice, full bowl that actually makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. But this? This was a sad excuse for a serving size. I specifically ordered extra chicken and extra rice, yet it looked like they barely put a normal portion in there, let alone the extra I paid for. The fajitas and beans were scarce, the cheese looked like they just sprinkled the absolute minimum, and the lettuce? “Light” doesn’t even begin to cover how little they gave me—it was practically nonexistent. What makes it even worse is that I was looking forward to this meal all day, hyping it up in my head because I know how good it can be. But instead of a satisfying, well-portioned bowl, I got this weak, half-filled disappointment that left me staring at it like, “That’s it?”

And to make matters even worse, the whole process of getting my food was already a headache. I went through the drive-thru thinking it would be quick and convenient, only for them to hand me the wrong bag. I didn’t realize until I was already driving away, so I had to turn around, go back, and wait again just to get the right order. At that point, I was already annoyed, but I told myself it would all be worth it once I got home and finally dug into my food. Oh, how wrong I was. I get home, open the bowl, and see that they were being stingy as hell with the portions. Like, I paid for extra—where is it?! Why does it look like they gave me half of what a normal bowl should have? If I had known they were going to be this greedy, I wouldn’t have even bothered paying extra in the first place. It’s incredibly frustrating to go through all that hassle just to end up with a sad excuse for a meal.

The whole point of ordering extra is to actually get extra, not to receive some weak, halfhearted attempt at a meal. If I wanted to leave my meal still hungry, I would’ve just made something at home. And what makes it worse is that I know Chipotle can do better! I’ve had bowls that were filled to the brim, properly portioned, and worth every penny. But this time? It felt like they were rationing ingredients like we’re in a food shortage or something. I don’t know if it was just this particular location, a lazy employee, or just bad luck, but either way, it completely killed my mood. When you crave something all day, finally get it, and then it turns out to be a complete letdown, the disappointment hits different. Chipotle usually does me right, but this time? Absolute letdown. Do better.

Went to pick up an order that I placed online. Went to the pickup window and sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes until the girl behind the window even acknowledged us and looked in our direction. There was a line with people behind me and I could do nothing. When she finally saw us she asked what our name was and gave us our food and I told her that she should have a better attitude and next time acknowledge somebody when they’re sitting at the window like that’s proper customer service. You acknowledge the person you say hey I’ll be right with you and then you go finish what you were doing but no she did it she was nasty she was rude and she didn’t even care she actually threatened me and I’m the wrong person to threaten. But this particular location they know nothing about customer service they really need help with that
