This is a good chipotle. Maybe I walked in at the perfect time, Saturday evening around 6pm, but all of the sides were very fresh and seasoned well which is something I haven’t experienced in a while at Chipotle in general. The steak however was salty and the original server tried to give me 5 pieces lol. Thankfully I made a comment and the next server put a proper amount. Friendly staff, give them a chance and be vocal.

I ordered for a work lunch meeting 2 hours in advance and the food was not ready on time. They started scrambling to put it together when I walked in for pick up. The order was poorly packed and all the lunches were squashed. Salsa and chimichuri sauce leaked all over. There were barely any chips in the “large” bag. Did not hear me about food allergies and making sure the food was marked. HIGHLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE ALLERGY LIABILITY.

This was my second bad experience at this chipotle. Last time they forgot part of my order. Will not be ordering for work from here again.

My friends and I ordered on the mobile app. Food was prepped and ready to go on the estimated time. Food was fresh but only complaint was the guacamole looked bad when we got it. Like 15 minutes later the top layer did not look appetizing at all

I ordered a burrito online and got like 2 pieces of chicken max.

I’ve never really had a good experience with this chipotle. I got a whole half avocado when I ordered guacamole, I tried to mash it myself but it was really hard and I was stuck with eating plain avocado.

I was asking for sour cream on the side and they wanted to charge me for it.

They’re always stingy with the protein.

I also tried to pick up an order in the drive thru, but forgot to select drive thru in the app and the employee mentioned it like 3 times and took it personal.

Update: Another disappointing visit. I stood there and ordered and the order got so messed up. for one bowl. that I gave up and took it as it was. She just kept putting things in the bowl before I asked for them. And then they were out of vegetables, which happens more often than not. I guess I just paid $10 for a ‘grab bag’. Next time I’ll just say no thanks and go to one of the other 6 or 7 places to eat next door. Previously: Usually not that bad, but this time the woman who took the order communicated poorly. They didn’t have much food ready and after we got it home we found out it was all cold. The portion was about half of normal. The burrito bowl barely reached the top of the bowl. We ordered chips and queso and got very few chips. Altogether a poor meal and experience. I’m sure they could care less.

Did an order online and attempted to pick up in drive through. They said the order was placed for fifteen minutes from that moment and I needed to come back. I asked for a refund so I could just go inside and order. They told me no just drive around building and they will work on it. I went inside. There were two workers standing at front counter waiting for customers and then two at register. So my recommendation would be perhaps have the front workers help fill online orders when they are not busy. They just stood and looked at me while the workers in drive through frantically tried filling orders.

Our guacamole came with large hard chunks of avocado, one of which was brownish black and particularly hard. (See picture) Not surprisingly, I am now writing this stuck to my toilet in the middle of the night

*Updating my previous review for this Chipotle. Went there last night at 6:30 PM. This place has gone downhill astonishingly quickly. There was 5 or 6 workers who seemed very challenged to fill the fairly simple order from the one customer in front of me. It was almost comical honestly. Finally got to order my dinner (3 hard shell steak tacos) and even that seemed to be a challenge to the employees but got my dinner and headed home to eat only to discover the meat was skimpy and almost completely inedible – meat was dry and cold. But there’s more! The guy serving my tacos wasn’t paying attention to his very simple job and put the sour cream IN BETWEEN the actual tacos – not in them. Again, comical. What wasn’t comical was the violent vomiting that followed.

I ordered take out through the app for 4 items and went to the store 15 minutes later at the assigned pick up time. There was maybe 1 customer in the store so the employees on the line were standing around not doing anything so I assumed my food was already prepared. I asked about my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Then the app showed a notification that my food was ready so I asked again but it seemed like they had just started preparing it at the time of updating their system to manipulate their metrics to show proper food prep times. I had to wait 20 minutes more before my 4 burritos were ready. Its a shame that I made the mistake of tipping in the app at the time or order because this level of service did not warrant any tip whatsoever. Unlikely to return.

Waited in line for 20 minutes… the brown rice was not cooked. It was literally crunchy and cold. The chicken tasted weird. There were 4 people working the food line and it was so slow, like no one knew what they were doing. My friend got qauc and the scoop was about 1 tablespoon with a half of an avocado not mashed. This isn’t the first time the service and quality sucked.
