I hate being THIS person!! Buuuuut here I am … sigh we absolutely love chipotle for a quick meal. The experience was horrible this time … the order was completely wrong as we tried to ask for them to fix the order they laughed and said you have the food, we don’t need to fix it. We asked for a refund. They said call the number. We did get a refund from corporate but geez!!! Why?!!?!?! We absolutely love(d) … yes first world problems but ughhh 🙁

Chipotle continues to be a disappointment where it counts most whenever I order using the app. The service and restaurant were fine, but both of the bowls I ordered were incorrectly made. I paid for extra chicken and there was barely half a serving in the plate. See the attached photo… no food had been removed from the bowl. I asked for sour cream to be on the side in my second bowl, but it was slathered on top of the food. Do better!

If I could rate 0, I would. I ordered my food and got to the front to pay. I handed them my money and it went through and printed a receipt. But then was accused of giving them a fake $20 bill and was told I had to pay again…..which absolutely did not make sense. They had to have 3 people including the manager up there just to keep repeating themselves and not explaining how that made any sense. And they were rude, holding their hands up when I’d ask any questions. After 10 mins of being embarrassed and disrespected by these women they gave me my food because they said I paid??? Like what???? They are horrible. Never will I come back and I’ll advise others to stay away too. And the portions are small as ever. I had to ask for basically everything twice after it was scooped…giving me toddler portions. Terrible

Very fast, but not very thorough. Came at 12:30 PM the first lady very friendly said “Good morning!” It was after noon. The rest just threw food in the bowl, not full spoonfuls. Forgot the cheese, I asked for lots of lettuce, not happening. They did give me 1/2 cup of cheese in the tiny container. Fast checkout. I would say, “slow down a bit, and serve complete meals as customers request “.

This place has declined in all aspects, unfortunately prices have gone up bit the portions have became smaller. Employees dont smile or are not welcoming unfortunately. I have stopped dinning at many Chipotles for the same reason. New and better managers need to be obtained to make them more welcoming and stop rationing the portions like we were in Cuba or Venezuela.

Amazing food, came out steaming and fresh, super great! I then headed to the foutin which unfortunately was out of root beer so I could not make my contraption, but I settled for Mr.pib. The servers were really nice and gave me big portions and MAN o MAN these chips were somthing else. Thank you WIll BE BACK SOON!!!

I don’t know what it is with this place, but I get a bowl with mild salsa and it is consistently FILLED with jalapeños, to the point the bowl is inedible because it is so spicy. I’ve tried to get my same order without fajita veggies and the corn salsa to narrow down what it is, and the bowl is still on fire. Please stop putting jalapeños in the mild salsa. There is literally no reason for there to be jalapeños in the mild salsa.
