Went here because we were in the area and had a “we missed you” coupon in the app for BOGO. We are in our fifties and when we first walked in around 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, we weren’t too hopeful. The place looked a bit cluttered, tables were not all wiped off, and it looked like there were only two people working there. BUT when we received our bowl and burrito and tasted them, we were very pleasantly surprised. The burrito was maybe the largest I have ever received at a Chipotle, and both employees behind the counter were super friendly, but at least one of them was not familiar how to use the coupon at first from the e-mail that I had received from Chipotle. So except for lack of clean tables and counters, well done!

Both times ive gone here i’ve ordered online in advance. And BOTH times i have had to wait at least 15 minutes past the designated pickup time to receive my order. They are not busy or understaffed, they simply just have no sense of urgency and no sense of care for the customers waiting. When they finish an online order, they will leave it sitting in an area you cant access and neglect to tell you that the order is finished. Not only are they extremely slow, they hardly put anything in the bowls made online. AND after my 20 minute wait, they didn’t even give me my guac which i paid extra for. Save yourself time and stress and order at another one of the many chipotle locations in frederick. HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE time management.

Ordering through the app is straight-up trash lately. I got a double-wrapped burrito and steak protein, and it came out mostly rice with like a few sad pieces of meat. At this point I’d just hit Taco Bell for a bean and rice burrito if I’m ordering online.

This place is normally busy and they work very fast. The food is good but almost always out of something or almost out of something. Also they have been hit or miss with bigger orders. I recommend not ordering online because thats when the food order gets sloppy and you don’t get the same as ordering it in person

I used to like this location, but I doubt I’ll return. I ordered a pickup bowl 20 minutes in advance. After picking up, I drove 8 minutes to home and sat down to eat as soon as I got home. The entire bowl was ice cold all the way through, as if it had come directly from a refrigerator. I was shocked! There was a similar incident some time ago for which I went to the manager after which I was thanked and was assured it would be corrected. I realize this isn’t like a $90 steak dinner in a fine restaurant, but Chipotle advertising is all about their quality and this not passing muster. If they can’t manage the absolute basics, they are surrounded by many restaurants I can patronize instead.

Clearly the owner of this place could care less about service to the customer. Every time I order from here I am missing something and it is messy. I said I wasn’t going to order again. I took a chance and I must say they are consistent with poor quality. I did not receive my chips and salsa. I ordered brown beans, no rice. Tell me why I feel like I got someone’s leftovers. And it’s cold. I won’t forgot again. This Chipotle is a NO for me. This can not be healthy.
BTW, I contacted the help line they post. Of course it is computer generated and is of no help. They are not trying to improve anything.

Chipotle doesn’t make burritos… they make edible dumbbells. These things are THICK. You order a burrito and they hand you what feels like a newborn wrapped in foil.
Every bite is packed, perfectly seasoned, and somehow still balanced even though it weighs five pounds. The tortilla is holding on for dear life, but so am I because it’s that delicious.
10/10 would absolutely risk a minor wrist injury again for one of those glorious fat burritos.

By far the worst chipotle ive ever been to when it comes to portion size. I know chipotle has gained a reputation for being cheap and penny pinching as far as the portion sizes they give their customers but this place cranks that stereotype up to 11! I got half a scoop of rice- not a full scoop but HALF! which went for the beans, guacamole, corn, tomatoes… etc and the same with the meat which is was even WORSE. I know things are tough all around but this type of cost cutting is UNACCEPTABLE! If you are going to give less than other locations while charging the same price then I suggest you also start charging less!

I honestly hope your kitchen is cleaner than your lobby. The lobby disgusting . I could understand if you were busy. But you were not. Food and trash all pflver the floor. Not one clean table. The fountain drink area full of ice and trash.

Virtually out of most all meats when I went- got the carne asada and a more appropriate name would be shoe leather gristle. May have spit more of it out than I actually ate and have stronger jaw muscles from chewing up what pieces were edible. All of the sauces / fixings containers were sloppy and totally contaminated by anything else next to them within a foot. Definitely does NOT want to make come back or feel comfortable doing so.
