I’ve ordered food here three times now each time have had an issue from a wrong order/ ingredient being added or missing in a bowl. This time opted to have my order delivered to find it was Less then 1/3 filled. My bowl was mostly cheese which I love however would like the rice to at least cover the bottom of the bowl. Might be expecting a bit much I suppose. The chips however were salted and seasoned perfectly which seems to be this location’s specialty. Keep up the chip game! UTZ is on notice! If you want a real burrito Easton chipotle is only a ten minute drive away
Updated!! My hopes and chipotle dreams are still left unanswered (high standards… please give me what we order). Wife’s tacos with corn salsa and my light sour cream are at an inverse relationship. Bowl drowned in sour cream and the wife gets spicy tacos. (Red hot salsa) visit this location if you want what you don’t order. Chips are on point as ever. But seriously. Go to Easton if you actually want to eat what you order or just spend twice as long on the return trip….. unless you really like the chips. They are good.

Been eating Chipotle since 2006 ( I grew up over the bridge). This chipotle definitely brought back that nostalgia for me. The portions were great. The staff was friendly. Even though they were busy for the lunch rush, they remained professional and smiling. Food was very fresh. Only complaint was they were out of vinaigrette. Definitely nice to see Chipotle in this town finally!

This was the worst location I’ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order, was stuck in drive thru line for 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and no one ever came to the window. So I went inside to pick it up instead and still waited another 15 minutes. When I received my food I noticed my extra steak burrito had no meat at all and instead was replaced with shredded cheese. Extremely dissatisfied and completely unacceptable especially for the price!!

This is my second and most likely last time ordering from the Cambridge location. The first time, my order wasn’t even started until I arrived even though the store was empty. I was told by an employee they “didn’t see” the mobile order notification. This time I had ordered three of the same bowls to take with me to work for the next couple days because I work long hours and wouldn’t have time to stop anywhere. Additionally I had ordered chips and guacamole. The bag of chips was, at best, half as full as it comes at any other location I’ve been to. The guacamole? Well, it wasn’t even in the bag. I got queso instead. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal to me if I hadn’t gotten to work and opened up the bowls to see that, like the chips, they were at best half full. Pretty ridiculous and unacceptable.

The food is always old and shifts are stale. Things like the salsa are not fresh for diesel. There’s one girl in there who wears like a dog collar who is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I understand places get busy people get short completely get it but she is just so rude I will never go in there again.

Update: This is the worst location I have ever been to and I moved around a lot with the military. The chipotle never has their ingredients ready so there’s always multiple things you can’t have. They will have some steak or cheese left and tell you that you can’t order it because it’s for online orders only. They refuse to restock stuff at dinner time because they are too busy. They might give you a couple pieces of meat, sometimes you will order meat and get none. Every once in a while you’ll come in and get what you actually order. It’s worth driving down the road to go to their Easton location.

We’ve been so excited for this new store to open. Very disappointing. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for our online order. When we got home. The 2 bowls we ordered were good but the 2 orders of 3 steak tacos were gross. The steak tasted processed and weird and it was just a huge mess wrapped in foil. 1st and last time there.

Ordered a carnitas quesadilla with sides of rice and pinto beans. Quesadilla had no meat on it, the meat was put on the side. I was just gonna add the meat my self but the carnitas were so over cooked they were crunchy strings. The beans were so old and congealed I couldn’t even mix them up. Way to suck right out of the gate. Smh
