Hands down the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They continue to be lazy, lackluster and rude. I ordered a salad & quesadilla and they threw it together, left off majority of the toppings and barely gave any protein. Won’t be returning

I normally get my food from the edgewater location and have never had an issue , I work in Annapolis and decided I would go to this location for my lunch break and was very disappointed , my bowl was dry and was pretty much only rice. I had requested guacamole and only got about a teaspoon in one corner of my bowl. Will not be going back to this location

The food at Chipotle is always good. But that is where it stopped today. Service was slow and unfriendly. The restaurant was a mess. Every table was dirty, the floors covered in trash, the bathroom was filthy and the table where the sauces are kept was just about empty.

Place is pretty disgusting. You walk in and the only thing you can smell is the 4 overflowing trash cans and food all over the floor everywhere. Whole place stinks because nothing is cleaned during open hours. Staff drenched our orders in sour cream and hot sauce when we asked for a little plus 1 gram of meat of our choice!! Kids quesadilla was like 3 inches. To top everything off, you couldn’t even see the counter cause it was covered in dropped ingredients. Why did I choose to eat here? I hope we don’t get sick.

I ordered a steak fajita bowl from this chipotle through DoorDash at 9:24 pm tonight (they stopped taking DoorDash orders at 9:30pm tonight), and as you can see in the pictures, the staff was so apparently upset that I ordered food during their business hours, that they decided to throw some smelly meat into the bowl and call it a day, JUST to drive home the point that I should be ashamed of ordering food when they claim they are open for business.

One of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. Regardless of the time of day the guac is always brown or looking like it’s been sitting out for 12 hours. Lunch, dinner doesn’t matter. Lettuce was also browning and looked old. Had steak in my burrito that was rock hard and was un-chewable. Love chipotle but this location is one I’ll never return to. It is a continuous disappointment

As of recent, almost always closed for in-person ordering. Portions are abysmal, and employees seem to hate their job. Every time I complain online they give me a bandaid by giving me a BOGO on the chipotle app. Wish it was like how it has been for the past 20 years, go in person, order, and you get what you pay for.

I usually go the Chipotle’s in Gambrills, Md, but I came to the one in Annapolis Mall just now. I have to say the customer service was excellent! I was given samples of the food I asked about and I was in and out within 5 mins. Will follow up when I actually eat my food.
