This is the first time I’ve been to this place and I got charged extra for something I didn’t get.
I specifically ordered half carne and half chicken in my bowl. The person that made my order did as requested.
I went to the counter to pay for my food but the person at the register just charged me with an extra carne asada. I went there and asked why I got charged extra and she said yeah I saw you ordered extra carne which the other lady denied. When her first lie didn’t work out she said well we put you extra Gacamole which I did not have nor ordered . After all that , I was told they can’t issue refund and get this “they don’t know how to issue one” . I said I’m not going without my refund and they said ok wait a little while we sort this out . The manager proceeded to call someone on the phone to ask on how to issue refunds and they spend a good minute just playing with the register while people are waiting . Even with all that, the way they issued refunds is as if I ordered something else and just refunded that amount that closely matched what I got charged extra for. I’ve got the receipt and all and I’m really not making this up . This is really pure incompetence.
Why will someone make up lies about what I ordered because they don’t know how to issue refunds . I do not recommend this place.

By far the worst chipotle ever. Double portion of meat is half of a normal serving elsewhere. Food doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl

We stopped at the downtown Annapolis Chipotle a couple of times while in town for the boat show, and even though it was extremely busy, the staff handled everything perfectly. They were friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving quickly. Our food came out fast, was fresh, and the restaurant itself was clean with plenty of seating available. It was easy to order, eat, and get on our way without any stress. I’ve visited several Chipotle locations over the years, and this one really stood out — excellent service and great food!

The restaurant was filthy, the toilets were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and a staff member was singing loudly in the kitchen! They seemed to have mixed old rice with freshly cooked rice; it was rock hard. The staff’s attitude towards the customers was indifferent; everything was terrible, unfortunately!!! I would recommend looking for another place; you won’t be wasting your money.

this chipotle is by for one of the worst I’ve ever been to and I’ve visit plenty of times but yesterday was the last draw for me. I will not be ever going back. The stork walking in the door is very unpleasing. Very disgusting floors. Tables are nasty. It looks like they only clean up during the morning shift such a high turnover. Every time I go is always a completely new staff. They need new management! Asap The food was dried out, wasn’t refilled. the proportions was for our two-year-old. it’s no way that I’m paying $20.07 in the proportions wasn’t even the right proportions even though I ended up leaving and not getting anything It was more than enough staff to be able to operate that young lady that waited on me was cooking food making food not changing her gloves couldn’t answer any of the questions that I

Disgusting the countertop disgusting the glass over-the-counter glass nasty…. I went there at roughly about 4:30 in the afternoon ultimately not getting anything….. ended up visiting a location in Pasadena about 9pm everything was still fresh. My food was way cheaper store was very clean for it to be the end of the night. It looks like they cleaned up throughout! As they should maybe this manager needs to go get some training from the Manager and Pasadena.

My salad bowl was delievered and the lettuce was black. It was disgusting. I tried to call to let someone know so that no one else would receive the same and and automated recording just kept hanging up on me saying that the store wasn’t accepting calls at this time. I have not had the same issue at other Chipolte restaurants in the area. I just wanted to let them know. The delivery service was very responsive and accomodating.

Very dirty environment, terrible customer service. Payed extra for guacamole and it’s just big chunks hard can’t even it. My chicken looked strange could barley it my entire bowl it was so foul. Saw vinegerate under the counter and asked for one and she lied and didn’t grab it for me. Hard to understand with the language barrier.

This chipotle was messy with dirty tables and food on the floor. Portions were very skimpy compared to any other chipitle. Carnitas was all fat chunks. Quesadilla cheese was still cold and not melted at all. My always hungry 14yo loves chipotle and even he barely ate any of his. Disappointing.

I like love chipotle! I really think training on how to treat customers should be a must! If I ordered something online, my order shouldn’t be done when I pick it up or after 10 people in line. Like I said, I love chipotle but definitely training on customer service should be at top!
